This is a professional organization, top to bottom, in the office and in the field. They were on time and efficient. They completed a main line sewer repair in under three hours. They over communicated through the entire process by letting me know when they would arrive, following up on the estimate, advising me on a change order and explaining the unforeseen issues. Their pricing was fair and competitive. I would definitely use them and I recommend that you use them as well.

I needed help with a clogged Kitchen sink. I was recommended Dependable Rooter and plumbing from a neighbor who was extremely happy with their service. I called on Tuesday around 12:00 in the afternoon they had a technician arrive within 45 min. The Technician was very knowledgeable and informative.Customer Service was excellent and extremely fair priced. I highly recommend using them for your Plumbing needs.

We have been working with Dependable Rooter and Plumbing since we bought our house about four years ago and they always deliver top notch service! This week we needed a new water heater. Jesus and Omar arrived right on time and nailed the job with much efficiency! The staff are always friendly, respectful and patient with my many questions! The outfit is highly recommended!

Be aware before you give them your CC for a dispatch fee - they came out quickly and gave me an estimate of $850 to unclog two toilets. Absolutely ridiculous!!!. Please get pricing before you have them come to you - waste of $89 but no way they were going to get my business. Hopefully this review helps someone avoid this!
