You do not have to be a contractor to purchase here but if you do intend to, then you must register with them for at least a cash account, I purchase all of my water heaters have, storage and tank less

After having a rough go around with my local parts house not getting what I needed, it was really great working with a knowledgeable team who knew exactly what I wanted, and had the parts in inventory. Well worth the drive down from the hills
