Great experience all around. 2 hrs from call time to arrival thanks to John, and the call agent. Rory was personable, explained the process and went to work. Completed work in record time. I highly recommend Rooter Man and Rory!

Adam made it out to unplug a driveway drain that was plugged and flooding my garage - at 5pm the night before the next bid storm hit! Problem solved, no flooding! Thank you!

Excellent experience on most fronts. Roy was confident, competent, knowledgeable and professional. It would be nice to have an understanding of the cost of the service call before hand but that's our fault. Response time was excellent.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink that I could not find, nor could 2 friends. I called a plumber, but they couldn't come for 2 weeks. My niece referred me to the Rooter Man.
I called them and was told that they would be here that afternoon. A technician, Rory, came at 6:00p and was very polite and informative. It took him about 8 minutes to find the problem. He said he had to get the parts and would be back the next day, which would be fine.
At 7:30p, my doorbell rang, and it was Rory. He had found the parts need for my repair and said he would fix it now, which he did. He looked exhausted. I was so pleased that he had gone the extra mile. I could tell that he loved his job, and he was good at it. He is pleasant, caring, and knows what he's doing.
I think he is an asset to this company and I wish him all the best.

First let me apologize for being so rude on the phone. The person who took the call was polite and professional as was the technician who came to the house. I apologize to him because he had to put up with me. I was stressed out with the situation before he arrived.
I turned down the service because of cost. I should have asked or been told about the fees over the phone. It would have saved the technician the trip. Returning the arrival service fee was unnecessary but appreciated. I will not discuss the other issue.
