Following two failures with the scheduling department, I wondered if I had chosen the wrong company to evaluate my outdoor drain problem. Maurice changed my mind. He not only listened to me, he was knowledgeable and offered me alternatives to finding the cause.

The techian Kyle Thorp was Awesome Kyle showed up on time very friendly .
He answered all our question. Did a great job very knowledgeable about his job.

Tanner really cared about our plumbing emergency and connected us to Kyle. Kyle has strong work ethics. He literally worked 6.5 hours without any break. We had a horrible backed up sewer line that flooded our master bathroom. He came out and worked endlessly. He was honest and sincere with what he saw to be the problem(s) and gave us options to help us at our 70 year old home. We really are grateful to have him come out and will always call Zoom Drain to ask for him moving forward. The quality of his work is second to none. Thanks Tanner and Kyle!

Kyle was the best. He took the time to explain the process.of what he would be doing to unclog my pipes. In the future, I will call them if I need any more help or run into any plumbing problems. Thank you Kyle for your hard work that you did for me.

Day after Christmas....calling around, none of the Drain Cleaning places were even answering the phone. Drain plugged with roots.....in bad shape. Considered renting a powered root-cutting snake (more later) but made one more call. Zoom person picked up himself as Lucas and asked how he could help me. I gave him the details and he said that I'd be getting text messages on updates. I received a text immediately noting the start of the process. A few minutes later, I received a text from the technician that he was 55 minutes away and included a phone number if I had any changes. Maurice arrived in a clean and very well equipped truck (after seeing all the items that he either pulled out or used from the truck mount, it was like having Batman clean the pipes). He noted that I may have had success cleaning the sewer on my own, but that I could have broken that snake off on a root and had a host of new problems on a day that I needed none. Yay me for not trying this myself. Maurice identified two clogs - one on the house side of the cleanout and one on the street side. He offered me two options - to simply clear the drain or to cut the roots as well. I opted for the latter (more on THIS later). Maurice processed this pipe like a doctor - cleaned everything going in and out, checking and double checking, confirming correct work with the Camera (sharing some of the results with me). Honestly, my first thought was "why is a smart guy like this out here cleaning sewers?" followed by "thank GOD that a smart guy like this is out here cleaning sewers!". He cleared the pipes, the roots, ensured that the upline feeder pipes to the sinks, toilets, shower and washing machine did not get plugged as collateral consequence of the original plug......a good thing, as the shower needed to get re-cleared post repair. A professional, systematic, friendly job. High regards and ratings for the system and the people just on that.
I was even happier with what did NOT happen. There was no up-sell for additional services (outside of the very reasonable choice he offered as to whether I wanted the pipes just de-blocked or if I wanted the roots cut as well, two different tools, times and prices). I was not offered a quote for a new sewer lateral (one company two years ago wanted me to get the $17,000 lateral replacement option. In and out....and on to the next job.
Anyone that thinks that they are overpriced has no idea what they are talking about. Travel time for my job was 55 minutes in and I assume the same time back. They were on site within an hour (try that with most plumbers....you're lucky to get same day). His truck was well equipped including a large (separate fuel motor) water pressurizer with remote speed control, TV and camera, cutters, etc. Worth double what I paid.

Tyler showed up on time. He explained what they do and provided different options to remedy our drain problem. Tyler took the time to show us what he was doing and what to be on the lookout for to prevent the stoppage from reoccurring. Very courteous and professional. Zoom Drain will definitely be who I call should we need their services in the future.

Thanksgiving morning started with clogged drains in 3 bathrooms and the laundry room. A local plumber had no technicians available and recommended Zoom. Maurice came out in uniform and asked questions about what we were experiencing and looked at the outside clean out drains. He clearly explained what we were seeing and the options available for correcting the problem. He took drain pictures to show the finished project and cleaned up thoroughly. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

Maurice came out on a Saturday responding to my call to Zoom Drain. He snaked out the sewer drain line under our house and the sewer line from the exterior of our house to the street. He cleared the blockage under the house and snaked out a root thatch somewhere in the outside line. He explained everything clearly to me and showed me the video evidence of the cleared lines in both directions. Great job!

We called BZ plumbing who referred us to ZOOM DRAIN for a toilet drain problem—an aerosol can that fell in. The phone was promptly answered by a courteous and helpful guy who scheduled someone to come to our Lincoln home within the hour.
Maurice arrived, used booties and a mask, provided a quote which we ok’d and got to work. He resolved the problem within an hour, charged us $100+ less than the quote and was good-humored, quick, professional, and very tidy. We would highly recommend!

Kyle was my technician, really liked him. He came in, took a assessment of the issues I had, provided options and cost to fix. Once I decided, he fixed the issue, called me in to check and make sure it worked, and then he was off. My job took about 45 or so minutes, he was very cordial and professional. Tanner even followed up with me today to make sure everything was working well. Really liked Kyle and will use him for future jobs, dependable and shows up. I thought it was a fair price for the service. Also, yiu get what you pay for….I don’t mind paying for good service, no hidden charges, and a well done job….and most importantly, showing up to do the job! I like dependable. Maurice and Tyler did an awesome job with our sewer main problem. They showed up on time, set expectations of what they’d do and what I could expect, quickly got to work, and had our sewer cleaned in less than an hour. They were very professional and even showed me video of what they found to be the root cause of the obstruction. Would definitely recommend.

Very professional from beginning to the end . Kyle was very helpful and knowledgeable. After inspecting the area he explained my options thoroughly and answered all of my questions patiently. With his help I was able to decide the action plan and He gave me a reasonable price too.

Maurice was the person who came to fix my drainage issue. He was here within a few hours. While he was fixing my problem, he discovered another potentially bigger problem that needs to be addressed by my HOA. Maurice came out on a Saturday to service the bathroom plumbing. He fixed the main problem quick and then found a new problem which he was quick to give solutions and talk to management about services and fees. He was very professional, patient and cleaned up the bathroom mess perfectly before he left the property. Very happy with services by the company and by Maurice. Thank you.

Great service from Tyler. We had a blocked main outdoor drain and all of our gutters were backing up. He explained everything in detail, fixed the problem and cleared all the main storm drains around the home. Great work and professional.
