I called them and they where on it. They had a guy out to me in an hour. They fixed a thermostat and an AC unit. I will be using them going forward.

Fast and effective service

The service/diagnostic tech was very knowledgeable and fair. I was pleasantly surprised with what the actual repair cost was vs what I was afraid/expected it would be. Recommend.

Chris was an absolute God-send. He responded quickly. He gave us our options to fixing our heating system and then fixed the problem. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I HIGHLY recommend their services.

Great team. Richard was the frank type of guy I like to work with. Talked me through everything with no sales pitch. The team that worked on my home was both professional and prompt. After dealing with a few contractors in a row that I did not enjoy, it was a very refreshing experience.

Not very often that I feel comfortable letting workers go in and out of the house when my girls are home, but I felt like they had worked on my house before by the end of day one.

Richard and team were great from the beginning 👏. They were early to the jobsite and before I got out of my vehicle they were done with measurements and ready to work. Work looks great and so quick.

Richard was on time and very professional. We now have heat again in our home. They had to change the mother board to our system. Must have had a power surge during a storm and it blew the board. Richard suggested having them put a surge protector in, so we will do so.

Associated Services did a great job installing two heat pump HVAC units in my building. Their work was clean and complete. The finishing touches were done by Chris and Isaiah. Isaiah did a great job explaining the controls and helping set up the app. I would recommend Associated Services.
