We've used Ongaro & Sons to install air conditioning, move a thermostat, and recently to consult about outdoor lighting. We've been very pleased with their services and have found all technicians to be competent and extremely pleasant.
My most recent interaction was with Mark (fabulous) who moved the thermostat, and Renee, who saved me money by suggesting they install new outdoor fixtures rather than add more outdoor lighting.

Ongar & Sons has been instrumental in getting our AC unit fixed during when the weather was extremely hot. Great customer service the office was very helpful in getting someone to come out and ocenia the problem. I just signed up for their maintenance service for my HVAC system so that we can prevent any problems and address any issues before they become big issues.

I highly recommend Ongaro and Sons. After speaking with several plumbing companies about replacing a failed section of my home’s sewer system, Ongaro and Sons offered the best pricing and delivered outstanding service. Special thanks to Aldo and Amado for making the entire project seamless!

First of all, Kristopher was amazing! He went above and beyond with his service even when some of his equipment was not cooperating. He was friendly, helpful, and professional and I felt like we were in great hands with him. Would definitely request his services again. Second, I have never had a service company as communicative as Ongaro. They were right on time and gave me a heads up when Kristopher was on the way. They also sent plenty of reminders and I appreciated knowing what the visit would cost before committing to anything. Would highly recommend them to everyone!! Thanks Kristopher :D

After years of seeing their trucks driving around Marin, I finally had my first experience working with Ongaro & Sons and I couldn't be more pleased.

From my initial phone conversation scheduling the appointment, to their service at my home, they were very friendly, courteous, and most of all helpful. They worked with my schedule to find a day and time that worked best for me. The morning of the appointment, I received a text from them letting me know that my serviceman Ricardo was on his way along with a photo so I knew who to expect. When he arrived, he was very professional and continued the same helpfulness I had experience when scheduling. He explained the services he was going to perform beforehand to make sure I understood everything and happily answered all my questions. It was a routine furnace tune-up. He was thorough and efficient with the work and had completed the job very quickly.

Very happy overall with Ongaro & Sons. I cannot give them enough praise. If it were possible, I'd give them six stars on this review. Consider this public praise that 6th star. Highly recommended.

Ongaro came and replaced and rejuvenated all our fuze boxes. From the estimating through the execution the procedures proceeded flawlessly, and with charming help from the main office.

We were so impressed with the punctual, kind, professional, and cost-effective service of Ongaro & Sons! Douglas was fabulous in trying to help us figure out what the debris in our water was. He spent a lot of time looking over our water heater, piping in the basement, and water quality itself. Definitely going with these good people again!

I've been working with Ongaro and Sons since 2003 on 3 different homes. It's always a great experience. Great crews, super professional, very friendly and they always stand by their work.

Needed a shut off valve installed today. Called Marie who went beyond to get Nico out for the service. Excellent customer service and technical know how to get it done. Will definitely use them again. Well Done!!

They arrived on time and worked well as a team replacing my water heater and bringing it up to code. They finished promptly and cleaned up after themselves. I definitely recommend Ongaro and sons to do your plumbing needs

Thank you to Salvador, Dominic, Chris, and the whole Ongaro team that speced out and installed our Mitsubishi ducted split system. They threw a lot of people at it the first day, got all the big pieces in place, and did masterful work on the second / last day. I appreciated how they kept track of everyone in the attic on a hot day, the respect they showed for our home, and how quickly they came up with solutions for little things that cropped up. The install was completed about two weeks after we gave the go ahead for the project. Wow! The unit is much quieter than our old gas fired unit. I was surprised how excited I am about our new heat pump. Everything has gone without a hitch so far, so we don't expect any issues this winter. We are delighted with our choice of equipment and HVAC contractor.

Ongaro & Sons replaced my main electrical panel. They were very professional, did a nice job, cleaned up and charged a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

My service techs, Nico and Nick, were a pleasure to work with. They are extremely nice people that are very knowledgeable about their trade. Ongaro as a whole is also great about communicating and scheduling appointments.

Alex Johnson from Ongaro luckily came today to address my leaking water heater - much earlier than my appointment 4 days from today. I needed a specialist that is well-versed with Hydronics/ Tankless triangle water heater/ boiler system and much to my luck, it is Alex' specialty! He patiently and meticulously explained every single aspect of the system and the issue very clearly which I truly appreciated! Alex really truly. knows his specialty and gave me the peace of mind that my water heating system is in good hands and in good order. Thank you very much, Alex! I have used Ongaro a couple times. Always pleased.
All the resources are courteous and understanding that often when you call a plumber it is an unplanned need not a want.

They are always willing to inform and educate with their recommendations.

We cannot express our gratitude with just five stars. Our heating system failed just before Thanksgiving, and we were without heat and hot water for three days. Ongaro sent Gino who is an intuitive problem solver with an amazing work ethic. He was able to give us a temporary fix until we could replace our old heating system. Jeff is a master plumber who installed the new heating system. He is a plumbing craftsman extraordinaire.
