Justyn Ramirez is a very good technician, very professional with excellent customer service. We will be glad to have Justyn back to do the next maintenance service for our HVAC system. Kudos to 4 Points A/C and Heating!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍

Tim was very knowledgeable and was explaining step by step the issues my a/c has and what i needed to replace, i recommend him 100% and im going to be calling them back again.

The technician was very thoughtful and polite. Phone staff were friendly and helpful. Got my central air unit fix within 24 hours of calling the business. I will use them in the future.
update 04/04/2023: I have a new A/C with their help, old one was starting to leak bad and 4 points surprised me again in the best of ways. Bravo and many thanks I owe them

Addendum: 10-4-2023 I’m still impressed by them. They care about their service and are real people who care about the work they do.

Why more people don’t make use of 4 points I’ll never know. Once again the service technician did a great job on the annual maintenance service call. Polite, friendly and very attentive to the work. He even let me know about the condition on the ac unit. Happily it still is in good shape with many years of use ahead. 4 points is a great company and I am extremely satisfied with the service

I am very happy of Service I received from “Justin” whom service my A/C. He made sure that everything was taken care of. I was very pleased of him.

We noticed a leak from our drain line and naturally entered full panic mode. 4 Point AC answered my call at 9:00PM. Justyn Ramirez Came out tuned up our AC, cleaned the drain line, and made sure everything was working well! When he realized he didn’t have the right filter for our AC he came back the next day with two of them! He was friendly helpful and made our AC set for that SoCal summer!

Eric was absolutely amazing. He came out same day and was very professional, and knowledgeable and explained everything. He took the time to troubleshoot and pinpoint the exact problem with our furnace. And when he came into our house he was even kind enough to put on shoe covers to not make a mess. I have been with 4 Points AC & Heating since I bought our house in 2019. Their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They maintain my AC in the summer and my heater in the winter annually and never sell me anything I don’t need. I highly recommend everyone use them.

The young man who came to service my A/C explained everything he was doing step by step; as well as friendly and very knowledgeable. I will continue recommending 4 Points to family and friends.

4 Points comes out & checks everything on the furnace & AC. He spends an hour or today it was more like 2 hours because he said something was wrong with the flame(?). I’m not sure about that, but he fixed it. The best thing is they come out & everything is covered, I pay a small fee monthly & I can call them anytime for free & today was free. It’s a great service. They always remember to call me to make an appointment too.

Justyn our technician was amazing!!! He was extremely patient and helpful. Justyn took the time to connect my Nest thermostat to the app in my cell phone correctly. I appreciate it!!

Our attic was low on insulation so we had 4points come out to add more. I just want to say that I am very pleased with the service that I have received from them. Martin and Jonathan came out and they were both very pleasant and sociable. Martin showed me how the machine they used to do the install worked, Jonathan was so nice he cleaned up his work area throughly. These young men did awesome this is my second service from this company and they have been nothing but nice and I’m very pleased with their work. Keep up the good work I highly recommend this company if you’re in need of service.

The company who originally installed my AC ghosted me. 4 points came in,adjusted they're schedule to fit me in and repaired within 2 hours. Great customer service! Totally recommend this company. Wish I had my install done by them!

Justyn is the real deal. I'm always afraid to have inspection people over cuz I'm a woman and oftentimes they try to bamboozle me, but Justyn won my loyalty to 4points. He is not only nice, but extremely knowledgeable, does clean work and best of all he was super honest.

I called 5 other companies and none of them had any specialist for the same day service. I called 4 Points A/C and they set up me for the same day and 2 hours later Justyn R. showed up to fix my AC. He explained in details what was wrong and how much it would cost. 30 minutes later my AC unit was working again. Fast and reliable service.
