We were about to purchase a new washer when a friend recommended to check first with Smart Appliance Corp. The appointment was scheduled for the next day. Technician, Vlad, came on time, was wearing a mask and was very polite and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and ordered all necessary parts. He came back a week later and completed repairs. If you ever need ANY of your home appliances fixed, Smart Appliances Corp. is the place! Recently, I've had multiple of my appliances break on me (stove, dryer and freezer). Feeling extremely discouraged, I told my husband that we need to dive into our savings and buy everything new. Thankfully, my husband found Smart Appliances Corp. Vlad came out to our house within 24 hours and got to work right away. I was shocked as to how quick this company works. He came out, gave us an estimated cost and told us how long it would take to get everything fixed. I was a little skeptical given the fact that I know all major appliances will break at some point and didn't want to just put a "band-aid' on them. However, Vlad assured me that our appliances are still new and if we let him fix them, they will still have a long-life span in them. I trusted Vlad and am SO happy that I did. Freezer was fixed that same day and my stove and dryer were working that week. As a mom of two young kids, you can only imagine the stress I was under with a broken stove and washing machine. Thank you Vlad and the rest of the team for all of your hard work! Highly recommend! Friendly and reliable staff, very reasonable cost (especially in comparison to buying everything new), and all in all, great work!

We have been having issues with our KitchenAid’s 5-burners gas stove for a while. Initially, just one of the burner caps didn’t light up, so we used 4 others. But gradually 2 more burners stopped working as well. We had a few handymen coming over to check it but none of them was able to fix it. It was a very frustrating experience, and we were considering buying a new stove. Luckily, I’ve heard from a friend about Smart Appliance Corp. I looked them up online and called to schedule an appointment. The next day, the repairman, Vlad, came in for diagnostics. He initially attempted to clean the gas surface burner and extracted some debris from the holes, but it didn’t help. Vlad showed us a trick how to turn on broken burners by turning them on simultaneously with other ones. Eventually, as it turned out that the spark ignition switch has been defective. The cost to replace the switch and harness was very reasonable. Vlad came again later that day with the replacement parts and fixed everything. I was impressed with Vlad’s commitment and professionalism. Everything went very smooth and efficient. Vlad was very easy to work with, and in addition has a very good sense of humor. My wife and I were more than satisfied with his service. In addition, he offered a few practical suggestions on proper maintenance of refrigerator and how to remove smell from the dishwasher. Now, we are recommending Vlad to all our friends.

We have a 10 year old refrigerator with ongoing problem that others failed to diagnose and fix. Almost decided to replace it but someone recommended Vlad and he definitely came through for us. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem in less than an hour, offered 2 solutions and took his time to explain which one is more suitable. Came back with the part and didn't overcharge us even though it took him longer to replace it than he originally estimated. We are extremely happy with Vlad's service and would hire him again. Vlad was very responsive to my request for repair of my washing machine- coming out the very same day to diagnose the issue and order the part. He returned the next day and installed the new part. It turns out that the manufacturer sent a faulty part, and he was quick to reorder a new part and install it quickly and under warranty. Great service and value- would recommend his services.
