Ray from 10xServices was amazing. He came to our home twice to try and figure out why our washing machine was leaking occasionally. He figured it out and made some excellent suggestions on how to avoid the problem in the future. I HIGHLY recommend Ray and 10xServices!

Technician came over and was able to diagnose the problem with my refrigerator immediately. He stopped the leaking and got it to cool really fast. He was really nice and professional and didn't take long to fix the issue.

Excellent diagnosis of broken appliances and return three days later to complete repairs. These included replacing thermostat, fixing dishwasher that wasn’t draining, and dryer with broken belt. Pricing was reasonable and repairs were completed in one long session. Bravo!

Had a long call before me and asked if we wanted him to still
Come an hour late at 5 or the next day. He came and fixed the washer gasket even though parts were rusted and it was not straight forward. The price was reasonable and they cleaned up. Would use them again for sure.

Repaired our LG fridge/freezer which had ice pooling at the bottom. It was a clogged drainage pipe. He had a steaming tool and some chemicals to clear the plug. He knew exactly what he was doing, came in, did it quickly. He arrived on time and the cost ended up right in the middle of what the range he provided over the phone. This guy really knows fridges

This is my second time calling the team at 10xServices. My dryer started making a loud noise today (Sunday) so I reached out as they fixed my washer and dryer before. Got a quick call back that they could get to me later in the night. Quick eval and simple diagnosis, will have the issue fixed in 2-3 days. Excellent service, excellent price, highly recommend for any repairs you need in their territory.

I called on Friday evening ( around 6 :30 or so) not expecting to get a response but my message was quickly responded to by text and call and they were able to send someone over within 30 minutes . They were able to give an honest and rough estimate over the phone for a microwave door repair. The diagnostic fee quoted was slightly less than some other companies and goes towards the cost of the repair if you choose to repair. They were able to repair my microwave door and were able to give professional advice about what occured and the cost was less than what I expected it to be.

BEST service ever! Booked online, so easy! Got an appointment for the NEXT DAY! Yeah! They called to confirm, and double confirmed next morning! Ya! Ray arrived, was smart clean efficient hardworking helpful nice!
Troubleshooted the problem, did all sorts of things to check, then diagnosed the problem, and fixed it!
Then, the charged us just $230, which is basically the cost of getting a quote!.

Prompt response and professional.
Technician came on the same day (weekend), fixed our washing machine issue efficiently and had the needed replacement part on hand.
Pricing was clear from the start, did not over charge and no extra charge for weekend. Would highly recommend and use them again if we need repairs in the future.

These guys are real professionals. My refrigerator stopped cooling. Another company came over, took a look at it, and told me that I needed a new compressor for $1200. I started getting other quotes for a compressor. One company quoted me $1450, but 10xServices quoted me a little over $900. Sold! But 10xService came over first to make sure it was really the compressor that needed to be replaced. They measured the compression, but it was fine. It was a refrigerant leak instead. They just saved me $900.

The ovens were fixed at my earliest convenience and a very generous two oven discount was applied. Technician was very punctual and communication was impeccable. He’s incredibly polite and efficient. This is the 3rd time I called Ray for help. My older refrigerator broke. Ray skillfully and carefully checked all the components of the refrigerator and found out what the problem was. He gave me advice on how to use the refrigerator to prevent further issues. I absolutely appreciate his level of care and honesty. I trust Ray with all of my appliances.

There's nothing like starting the new year with a broken refrigerator. Luckily for me, 10xServices responded immediately to my plea for help and sent out a technician on New Year's Day to assess the problem. They were able to quickly order the replacement part needed and successfully repair the fridge in a very quick turnaround time. The technician was punctual, efficient, and effective. We called 10x when our refrigerator and freezer went out. They came there same day, identified the issue, and ordered the malfunctioning part. When they came back to replace the part, the repair staff, Ray, was helpful, explained everything, and (a real bonus!) cleaned up the puddles and water after the job was done. I appreciate the fact that we can text and get messages from a real staff person about when the repair staff is planning to arrive and to answer questions (we had a mishap with our ice maker, no fault of 10x) after the job was done. Very professional company!
