Austin was great! He was able to help me troubleshoot my sprinkler control panel, dead tree removal (2x), and irrigation issues virtually via FaceTime!! We scheduled a call, as I am outside his service area, and he diagnosed the problem immediately. I was amazed how he could help me remotely. He provided a solution to my problem!

Modified Landscape Design saved my front yard. I was left with a half finished job! Austin and his team redid the previous work and finished all the necessary tasks. They were very responsive to my needs and respectful of my vision. My yard looks wonderful thanks to Modified Landscaping Design

WOW, Austin did an exceptional job. He is very knowledgeable, prompt, great communication, honest and a pleasure to work with. He knew exactly which plants worked in the sun, shade and deer resistant. I loved everything he picked for us. Austin also redid our watering system. I originally contacted Modified Landscape Design for an evaluation of my irrigation system, which was personally handled by Austin, the owner. During our discussions, we also talked about broader landscaping ideas, and it quickly became clear that Austin really knows his stuff.

They began with a full yard cleanup that made a huge difference—my property looked cleaner and much more put together right away. The team was on time, super friendly, and very easy to work with.

Austin helped us finalize our design, select all the materials, offer thoughtful advice for us to take into consideration and then he took care of the rest! As promised, they finished the job on-time, kept close contact with us throughout the project and maintained our budget. They excavated, installed ~1000 sq ft of Terf (front yard and back yard), matched our new patio to the existing cement entryway and finished it off with landscape lighting. Our neighbors constantly give us praise for the finished product. We're so happy with the yard now and are very appreciative of MLD.
