Rohan&Sons installed my wall furnace in December of 2017. During the installation, the installers didn't think the gas flame was correct. So they went to the manufacture on my behalf and after 3 months of phone calls, emails, and numerous times out to my house to check the heater, we were able to replace the defective heater with a brand new one. It would not have been possible if it wasn't for the persistence of this company. I highly recommend them - I found them to be very trustworthy.

Everything about this experience was awesome. First time I’ve used them and definitely not the last. Kelly in the office was so accommodating and the technician Kane couldn’t have done anything different to make this experience better. Thank you all so much!!

I highly recommend this company. I needed the Freon line on my a/c to be repaired. They came out immediately and fixed it for a quarter of the price that Triton Air quoted me. Tech was very knowledgeable and customer service was outstanding.

A great professional business. They did a fabulous job on installing our new AC. You can tell they really care about the work they do for their customers. They personalized our service and cared enough to work on an unexpected issue so that everything would be perfect, not just adequate. They are very knowledgeable of every aspect of what we needed. I really cannot recommend Rohan & Sons enough; from start to finish just the best in the area.

I had another HVAC company come out to give me a health report on my original-to-home (home built in 2000) furnace and AC unit. Well, the tech ended up drilling a hole in the evaporation coil that was coupled to the furnace which completely ruined that still functional system... and those guys quoted me through the roof on a replacement system. No thanks.

3 HVAC companies later I had Tom from Rohan out to my house who was BY FAR the most professional, the best priced, AND the most down to earth which to me goes a long way.

I ended up with an AC Pro heat pump system to replace my existing AC unit and furnace. (AC Pro X Line outdoor unit and AC Pro CORE FAU E-Furnace inside).

Installation took 1.5 days and their installers were the best in the business. All great guys that were happy to entertain the sheer amount of questions I had on the process (I'm one of those people).

Do your diligence when you need to replace your system - get your quotes - but at the very least give Rohan a shot because you will not be disappointed. These guys are proud of the work they do, they are local and aren't sell outs like some of the other big sloppy HVAC companies in San Clemente.

I called 3 local contractors to give me a bid for replacing my ac duct system. They were very responsive. Tom prepared a detailed quote, and their price was excellent. They came out to do the job and were very professional. Vance took the time to go over everything, and they completed it quickly. They cleaned up, swept up couldn't have been nicer. I'd hire them again without hesitation.

Huge thanks to Rohan & Sons for their quick and professional service! When our heater went out, they had a team at our house within 48 hours. Kane and Andrew were awesome - super polite, extremely knowledgeable, and left everything spotless. They diagnosed and fixed the issue in under an hour. Highly recommend!

My air conditioner went out while out of town for 3 months, my wife was home and not happy with the summer heat. I called Rohan & Sons and Dean said he could stop by and look at it the next day.

Dean called me back and said my air conditioner was dead and the system needed a full rehaul after 25 years of service. It was worse than just needing a replacement unit, there was minor mold damage from years of water leakage and extensive wood damage. Dean recommended a mold remediation company.

In a little more than a week the job was complete!

This company came thru for me last winter and I’m insanely unhappy with the fact that I never did a review. We were left to freeze last winter by our gas companies mistake! This company searched high and low to find the broken part of my 70’s furnace, they found one and the whole team was so incredibly amazing! I wish they were closer to me cause I’d love a service check!

Really honest, high quality operation. Had the pleasure of working with Tom who is knowledgeable and solution oriented. Twice now he has found me more cost effective repairs than full replacement, even though that would have made them more $. I will absolutely be calling them for future HVaC needs

Worst customer service ever. Completely disappointing. Don’t even bother with this company. And to top it off their company trucks drive like hell on the road. Forget this place

I send an e-mail and pictures of a driver committing an unsafe and illegal act
And I get, the response below with excuses and a personal attack and by the way my suv holds 8 passengers and everyone has a phone.

we do appreciate you looking out for our technicians while driving our service vehicles. However, it is tough to tell if this tech is actually texting, or using the device for the map app for directions to his next service call, or perhaps reading his portal for information from the main office. Our technicians are instructed to pull over and operate their device, but this one did not obviously. We agree that this is unsafe mannerism. He has been spoken too already and this will be brought up at our next safety meeting. In addition, I can’t help but think you too are some what guilty of displaying unsafe driving manners, as you are taking several photos with your phone while operating your vehicle. Again, thank you for you concern.
