Plumbing Service: not having a functioning kitchen sink/plumbing wreaks havoc in my life! No word can describe how painful simple tasks can be. My 2nd time calling on Triton. First time was for HAVC service. Hector called when he was in the way, courteous. I liked how he prepped the work area. I felt like I was in great reliable hands. Explained what and why he was doing what he did. I was so pleased that I bought their membership. I was as pleased the 2nd time as the 1st time. I found HAVC/Plumbing service I can rely on.

Hector was amazing. Got the job done in a very timely manner and knew exactly what he was doing. He also did quality checks and made sure that everything was fixed properly. Very thankful!

CJ, the representative assigned to my case, was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. After assessing my non-functioning HeatingAC unit, he explained in detail what was wrong and gave me several options to consider providing quotes for each option. He quickly answered all my questions and concerns. After researching the information he provided, i chose Triton Air to replace my unit.

Our technician Ryan Andrews did a fantastic job. Could not ask for more from him. Welcome back any time and would recommend him 💯 of the time.

Art was very thorough and made sure everything was working as it should be. He also had to replace the filter in the furnace, and went and purchased it quickly and replaced it with no problems. He was very nice and explained everything we needed to know. He was a great representative!

We just had Triton Air complete a new AC install for our home. We couldn’t be happier with their knowledge and workmanship. Our installers were Jose, David and Jeremy N. They were very friendly, respectful of our home , hard working and definitely knew what they were doing. It was a 2 day job and finished just in time for this current heat wave.

We had a great experience with Andrew and Joey from Triton Air! Andrew came out last week, quickly diagnosed the issue with our AC, and repaired it the same day. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly throughout the whole process. Joey came today to install two new thermostats and he was just as professional and knowledgeable. We really appreciated how efficient and courteous both were as well. We will continue to use Triton Air for all our heating and cooling needs.

This is the second time that Jesse and Triton air have serviced my units, providing excellent maintenance once again. I appreciated receiving the appointment reminder ahead of time, As well as accurate notification the morning of my Schedule maintenance. Jesse also called on his way over to make sure I Had seen the text.

Jesse is polite, professional, and I always appreciate the thoughtfulness to put on shoe covers coming into my home. Jesse was thorough, reporting that all is well with my system, which was great news! I look forward to continuing as a monthly member and receiving such top-notch service!

Triton has a good man in Justin. He is very personable & professional. He called when he was on the way. Did a thorough furnace tune up and should us photos of the furnace components. Answered all our questions too. A job very well done!

Jessie was very kind & professional. He cleaned our furnace & showed up pictures of the work he did. He also explained how to remove the old air filter & how to install a new one, which we had to order. Overall we were very happy with the services Jessie performed & asked him for his business card should we need his service in the future. Jessie gets a 5 star rating!

Got a new HVAC system through COSTCO and Triton Air did the install. Joe came out to sell the system and he was wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to explain everything in detail. We had a problem with our financing and Rebecca came up with a workable solution for both parties. Again, she was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Joaquin and Edgar did the install. Great guys! They kept us informed all throughout the process. I’m going to hold on to my opinion on quality until we have used it a few months. The price seemed high but I’m not an expert. Triton Air is very lucky to have so many good employees!

My furnace was serviced with exquisite care. Additional system maintenance was performed and done perfectly. A minor system upgrade was recommended to assist in preventative maintenance and was much appreciated. The service man was courteous beyond measure and explained everything clearly. I’d give 6 stars if I could!

So glad we used Triton every part of our experience was absolutely amazing. Phone staff great and our installer/plumber was professional. He explained what was the problem and offered solutions. Would highly recommend Triton to all my family and friends.

Had a check up on my system yesterday. Ryan arrived on time and completed a thorough review. He was profssional and knowledgeable and also answered several questions I had about my ecobee system. I've been using Triton for several years and I've never been disappointed. I've never been given a 'hard sell' on potential trouble areas in my home.

Very prompt service - next day - and they diagnosed the problem, and fixed it very quickly. Ryan D was great, professional, showed up on time and called when he was on the way. Highly recommend.

Andrew was great. He was knowledgeable and straightforward. He took time to listen to our issues and described the problem we were having and how to resolve the issue. Very happy with his service.

Noah and Justin were great technicians. Noah came twice and he is very informative on all the issues at hand that needed fixing. Hope to work with him again on our next maintenance call.

Noah was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how everything works, both inside and outside the HVAC unit. I really appreciated how he walked me through proper maintenance and care, shared helpful tips on what to look out for, and explained how often to check the filters. It’s great to know they also offer an annual membership for only $20 a month that even includes plumbing services which I of course signed up for. Excellent service all around. highly recommend Noah!

Jesse,( the technician )was professional, friendly, showed up on time. He didn’t overcharge me, and installed my new WiFi thermostat quickly, without any problems. I recommend triton Air conditioning to everyone

Patrick exceeded my expectations in every way. He was so thorough so efficient and so professional, that I had full confidence in him. . He explained what he was doing And how my heating unit and air conditioner work. I could not have been more pleased.

I have been extremely satisfied with the service I have received from Triton Air. Most recently Jason F. came to my home to perform the preventative maintenance service on my furnace for the winter. He was on time, very polite, and thoroughly explained everything that he was doing. He made a service recommendation and followed up right away with an estimate. I really appreciate the level of professionalism and quality of service provided by Triton Air.
