Michael was pleasant knowledgeable and efficient. He identified the problem right away and explained what was required to remedy it. It was a freezer evaporator drainage ice impaction. He solved the ice blockage by performing a major freezer defrost by accessing the frozen-over evaporator and drainage funnel orifice after the circuit breaker was initially tripped. He then cleaned up the work area. 🙌 as easy as 1,2,3!

I had an issue with my dryer not drying my laundry all the way. I tried to fix the issue myself but was unable to do it. I contacted Automatic Appliance Tech to repair my dryer. They fixed it quickly so I was able to get back drying my clothes. Thanks for the speedy service and professionalism!!

Michael is the utmost professional! He communicated any delays relating parts delivery to scheduling with tenants. He resolved a complicated issue regarding my Hisense stove when the model number did not align to schematics and replacement parts in the system. I feel other technicians might have given up but he worked through issues until all problems were resolved. Thank you for all the hard work!

They are not real Technicians, they Google the product then look up what is the common problem is. I did that before they even came out. I just waisted $72, I would never recommend or have them do anything again....
