I recently moved to a new house and it had a cooktop so I did not bother bringing my old one. The cooktop at the house was a bit messy so I called in these guys for regular maintenance so I could use it for long period of time. They did an excellent service and it looks like brand new. I am definitely recommending them.

I needed my Refrigerator fixed. The repairman came next day during the time they said they would. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had the part on his truck. Fixed it right away. No problems since then. Would definitely use them again.

So this weekend I realized my parents' fridge stopped working. I went straight to Yelp to find someone good that could help right away.

To my surprise, they answered the phone at 8pm, and told me they would come by before noon the next day. Sure enough, a technician arrived at 11am. He quickly diagnosed that the temperature control in the fridge was broken, replaced it, and the fridge is now back in good working order! Great service at a fair price!

I was very stressed while calling different companies, to fix the issue of my KitchenAid refrigerator, but this company was amazingly helpful! They sent a very knowledgeable technician for me and fixed all our refrigerator in justb a short period of time. I am very happy and the technician was able to explain how and why my refrigerator was damaged also giving me tip of advise on how to avoid having the same issue in the future. Excellent repair service! They allotted time to fix my dishwasher the same afternoon that I called. In less than one hour, the problem was solved and my dishes were clean. It has been a week and the appliance continues to run smoothly. I would recommend this service to anyone. Thank you those geyser.

We've had two good experiences with Sam and Elite Experts. We have a Viking gas cooktop that came with our house. Several of the burners were not working and we had another company come out first and they were stumped and couldn't fix the issue. Sam came out and determined that a few of the burners were not working and the ignitor wasn't properly sending ignition to the burners. He recommended that we replace the burners. I asked if we could get a better price if we replaced all six and he gave us a bit off. He came back about a week later and installed new burners and an ignitor. We still have times when the ignitor sparks and clicks for a bit longer on some of the burners, but all six are working well and over time I think the clicking/sparking is decreasing.

He took the time to explain how things work and ultimately, replacing the burners will save us money in the long run as new versions of this cooktop are very expensive.

This last week, Sam came out on a day's notice to take a look at our seven year old gas dryer. Upon opening up the dryer, he determined that the motor had seized. He later found a rodent that had been sucked into the vent hose. At that point we figured we've have to purchase a new dryer, but Sam said he was certain it would work again and sure enough, it works perfectly now! He was very polite, on time and honest! I'd call him again. The visit fee was reasonable and would have been applied towards repair.

The dishwasher kept leaking water onto the floor. Turned out to be a cracked hose. The technician fixed it quickly and even cleaned up the mess.

We would highly recommend this service! After calling to report a leaking fridge, the process has been smooth and both the customer service rep and the technician have been more than friendly, helpful, and professional. The technician came to inspect the leak and was able to fix it right away. Very kind and knowledgeable. He walked us through what happened and the needed fix. We enjoyed having him in our home. The dryer was making a horrible screeching noise. Turned out to be a worn-out belt and pulley. The repair was fast, and it’s totally quiet now.

Our washing machine stopped mid-cycle and wouldn’t drain. The technician came out the same day, cleared a blockage, and had it working in no time. Super efficient!

Our freezer was frosting over constantly. They found a broken defrost timer and swapped it out. Quick diagnosis and fix!

Microwave stopped turning on completely. The repair guy diagnosed a blown fuse and had it fixed within 30 minutes. So glad I didn’t have to replace it!
