It's Sunday... and I finally got fed up with dishpan hands. My dishwasher had broken quite a while back and for MONTHS I tried fixing it on my own without luck. Today, I called in the experts! I am now listening to the sweet hum of a working dishwasher and can finally enjoy the day (and maybe even go get a mani that has a better chance of lasting longer).

Where do I start on the wonderful guys who came to my house and were polite and helpful?
Explained things that I understood and above all were straight up Honest.... Anytime somebody tells you you're better off buying a new one than you are fixing the old one. You know you got honesty.
Especially for the fact that they're not selling. They're just there to fix it..

We had the washing machine fixed by Uusal from Smartfix Appliance. He did a great job fixing the machine and it’s working good no.
He is nice and friendly and able to fix the washing machine nicely.

The technician fixed it quickly and reliably. Even though it was Christmas Eve, they came right away, which was a big help.

Quickly responded to my voicemail and scheduled service call for the next day. Identified the issue, ordered parts and returned before the end of the week to install. Offered to proactively address a belt issue that wasn’t urgent but could become a repair issue in the future which we agreed to do to ensure long-term maintenance of the machine and motor.

These guys are professionals and where able to fix my dishwasher very quick. Definitely will have them on speed dial when anything breaks again in the future.
