I had issues with my Samsung refrigerator ice maker. After using the repair people that Samsung sent out it wasn't until Dan from WEFIX came out. He completely overhauled it and it's finally working. I highly recommend WEFIX and personally won't use anyone but them for all my appliance needs.

Got my oven range fixed by the team at WeFix.. very quick response time, came out same day and needed a part and came back 2 days later to fix. Polite, communicative and knowledgeable. Will be saving their number! If you have an appliance or TV you need repaired - 5 stars!

Dan was professional, kind, quick to diagnose the problem, and quoted a fair price for his service. I had a problem with my samsung fridge and he was available the same-day to identify the problem. He ordered genuine samsung parts during the visit and quickly installed them as soon as they were sent to him (1-2 days). I would recommend Dan for any Samsung repairs, he's a true expert.

I recently had a great experience with WeFix for a repair on my Samsung refrigerator -- I am extremely satisfied. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Dan (the owner/technician) was excellent. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and went way above and beyond to fix the issue (water leaking into the fridge - very difficult to diagnose).

What impressed me the most was WeFix/Dan's commitment to fixing the issue. Prior to using WeFix, I hired different company - this other company defrosted the fridge, charged me $400, and called it a day… of course, this "fix" didn't last. Dan, on the other hand, made every effort to get it right, and at a reasonable price. Overall, I highly recommend WeFix to anyone in need of refrigerator repair. Their expertise, professionalism, and dedication to quality service are truly commendable.

We had a Samsung dishwasher that was chronically draining poorly.

Our WeFix guy came prepared with booties and gloves, to not make a mess. He diagnosed the issue quickly and discovered flaws in how the installer had done the work, forcing us to run on a shortened cycle. He was very polite, friendly, and helped to teach us about the problems that he identified.

We ordered parts and, since the repair, the dishwasher has been working perfectly.

We just moved here and the laundry was piling up. Our dryer stopped heating. So looking to yelp Wefix it came up as top 10 in the SD area. Once the technician Dan showed up I could see why. We were greated with such positivity and assurance. Dan's professionalism and knowledge made short work of our dryer issue. Thank you Dan! 10/10 recommend!

Dan did an amazing job at an unbelievable price!

I had 2 valves broken on my Samsung oven. I contacted several authorized Samsung repair companies, but they all came in at much higher prices and many had call services where you were speaking with someone who doesn't speak english well and is not the repair person, but a scheduler.

Dan picks up the phone himself and does all the work. You can tell that he enjoys the work, by how quickly he gets it done, and by how well and patiently he treats his customers.

I would not contact anyone else but Dan to do your Samsung repairs!

Amazing customer service is so rare these days, so I am always happy to report it when I receive it. Today, I received fast, professional service for my Samsung washer and refrigerator from Dan at WeFix. I can't say I'm looking forward to future appliance problems, but at least I know who I can call when I do. And I feel confident that the job will be done correctly at a reasonable price as well. Called Wefix in the middle of the afternoon and reached Dan. Dan was extremely professional and had excellent communication from start to finish. He was able to come out same day for an issue with our Samsung fridge. He diagnosed and resolved our first issue so quickly that when he asked if I had anymore concerns I jumped to having him look at the ice machine. He did not disappoint and resolved that issue efficiently too! He walked is through everything he was doing even though we weren’t hovering over his work. He has loads of knowledge and isn’t afraid to show you what causes the issue. We trust him and would recommend him any day! Thanks for the great work Dan and hope your business thrives!

This was one of the best repair visits ever! I called Dan this morning for help with my Samsung washing machine. He was able to see me today. He clearly, thoroughly, and most importantly, honestly evaluated the problem and presented me options. Ultimately, the most cost effective solution is to buy a new washer. Dan was exceptionally kind and understanding. I would not hesitate calling him again and will recommend him to my friends.
