Hello! Here's my review for anyone in need of a great electrician on Pacific Beach Electric. Can I start with.....HIRE them! Save your time and just do it. I used them for a major home remodel that required an entire redo of electric for our home. 100%, everything redone in the existing house, tied into a new addition. My house was built in 1928 so lot of work to do to tie in but so perfectly done we are over the top stoked. Here's what was was important to us: you need a reliable Electrician who is going to show up when they say they are going to show up, do what they told you they are going to do and follow a construction plan if you have one which I did and they are pro's at, communicate along the way on the project which a lot of time is needed and in my case was super necessary as I was given great suggestions along they way on how to improve upon the construction plan. All boxes are checked with Pacific Beach Electric and owner Declan is salt of the earth guy along with his right hand guy on my job Mark which is a completely added bonus. We have been living in the house almost a year from completion of our project and everything that was done is so on point and we are completely happy with all the work they performed. HIRE THESE GUYS. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED.

Pacific Beach Electric is the only electrical company I use. As a local remodeling company I have used Declan and Pacific Beach Electric for over 25 years. The reason is simple: he is a knowledgeable , insightful and an accommodating guy who knows his trade inside and out.
As a contractor I look to my subs for any code changes , suggestions on installation or just overall input to better our projects . Pacific Beach Electric has always come through.

Deckland was super fast at responding and taking care of our electrical problem - same day as my original call. Diagnosed the problem with lighting in both bathrooms, replacing the switches for a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend

Declan and Mark provide friendly, knowledgeable service at a reasonable price point and within a good time period. They’re no nonsense and sharp, which we appreciate. All in all, a great experience. We will definitely use them again.

We have had quite a bit of electrical work done in the past, but Declan and Mark from Pacific Beach Electric are the best by far. Professionalism and attention to detail are their hallmarks. We asked them to hard-wire and install two wall sconces in an area that was almost inaccessible. They found a way to do it and even kept drywall damage to an absolute minimum. We could not be more pleased with their work. On top of that, Declan and Mark are exceptionally personable and easy to work with. They explained what they planned to do in layman's terms and followed through with the plan, explaining as they progressed. They performed the work on time and within budget. What more could you ask? It was a very pleasant experience for us.

This was the second time we have used Declan for an electrical job in a year and I wouldn't use anyone else. His first job for me was to add outlets in my garage for my tools and lighting and the second time, added a 220 for more tools. Aside from his professionalism, timeliness, and value of services, he is generally are really nice human. He is thoughtful in what it will take to do the job to make sure he comes to the job prepared and to avoid hidden costs. Declan is very competent and worked to provide the best solutions. These guys are hands-down best in the biz! Super professional and knowledgeable and pleasant and fast. The only downside was they were done before I pour a Guinness.
