I was recommended to them by an employee at Dixieline and they are located less than a mile away so I figured I'd give them a shot. Parking was very easy. There's a small front shopping area of the store for customers that has various merchandise, but most of their products are in the back of the building in a warehouse size storage area (that customers are not allowed to go in). There was only one customer in the store already being helped. Another employee greeted me and asked if I need help. I told him I was looking for an outdoor weatherproof extension cord and plug protector cover/case and showed him a picture of one on my phone. He stared at it for a while and said they might have something that would work but it's not exactly what I showed him in the picture. He went away and came back in a couple minutes with a piece of metal electrical conduit that goes inside a wall or attaches on the outside of a wall. Needless to say they didn't have what I was looking for. This business seems like it's catering more towards electricians, contractors and handymans not so much for the general public. I most likely will not be back here.

Store closed early at 3pm on a Wednesday with no signs or notification to the national call center

Very disappointing service and company. After they made a mistake on the switch gear they had the nerves to ask me to pay for their mistake. We are talking $26K. Find other vendors most likely you will get better results.

I would give negative stars if I could. Called looking for a part. Jose, when finally answering the phone, briefly looked up part, told me they don't have it, I ask do you ever have it? Response was that none of our stores have it or carry it. When I started to ask if Rexel could get part, Jose just hung up. When I tried numerous times to call back, no one would answer.
Thank you, Jose, for killing whatever customer service Rexel had left. Easy to say, I will make sure that I or my company never call this place again.
