CalHomeCo built a detached ADU for us in 2024. In short, this company is fantastic. The quality of work is near flawless (and we've been using the ADU for over a year now) and the people are all great to work with. We've owned our home for a long time and hired many contractors over the years. On most projects there are always headaches or problems of some sort, so we were very concerned about who we hired for something this big. The ADU build went smoother than expected and even better than many smaller projects we've done. Thanks to Brian, Shawn, Pete, Grant...and all the folks at CalHomeCo who really took the stress out of the whole job for us. Do yourself a favor and hire these guys...you won't regret it!

Brian's team at Calhome, came through for us on a challenging second story addition and remodel near the beach. We pride ourselves with great design and quality drawings and expect the same Strong commitment to quality construction from our partner contactors. I work with Henish and Blake on home remodels. They are very professional and punctual. They are extremely responsive and the build a really nice quality project. Blake is like a swiss watch and has a good eye for design. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new home, ADU or home remodel.

I worked with CalHomeCo as a real estate broker. They purchased an off-market property with me and then completed a full remodel. We then closed after the work was done several months later. They proved themselves to be trustworthy throughout the process. The work the did on the home was fantastic as well.

Attended one of the flip events as a wholesale investor and Jorge was so insightful. I learned a lot about what flippers at the event were looking for, how to determine whether a property is worth taking the risk on, and met some great contacts here. Highly recommend attending if you are looking for advice on a flip or looking to meet other investors.

Henish and team are great to work with! He made our home buying experience so much better! He has great insight into reasonable prices and how to proceed through the home buying process. He has an extensive network of service people whom he can recommend and also works great with anyone outside of his network. He is prompt to respond and does a great job to insulating you from some of the challenges of buying a home. Could not recommend more!
