I had a wonderful experience with sd ccs. I had a few companies out but sd ccs was the most knowledgeable and really were most professional. We did our plans and got the permits and now we are starting the construction. Very happy so far.

We’ve purchased a fixer upper home in San Diego area and we knew all along that we have some real structural issues that we will need to deal with.
Our realtor recommended Ron and Danny with CCS and boy, we are so happy we called them for an assessment.

The whole process went smooth as possible, They made everything clear and explained us the city requirements before we have decided to move on with structural repairs and converting a garage into a granny flat.

I have to mention that we have interviewed 4 different engineers/architects and CCS really had most knowledge and authentic approach. There was no pressure at any point and we felt as they are really trying to help us and solve our issues in the best and most efficient way.
