Our technician, Thomas, was very experienced and very qualified. He diagnosed our issue right away and corrected it quickly. He made a couple of tweaks at our request to improve our experience. Very nice fellow. Happy customer.

Arturo was a consummate professional! He diagnosed the issue with our furnace, gave us our options, and fixed it with expediency. He was also receptive to wearing gloves and a mask while working, to help protect my family. I would gladly ask for him in the future.

We have worked with three Action AC team members so far and each of them was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. They were very respectful of our house and household members (including our dog 👍🏼) while they were at our house. We are planning to have more HVAC work done in the future and will definitely use Action AC again.

Very happy with the installation process. The installers arrived on time. The installation went much faster than I expected since they had to go up and down stairs to the place our air conditioning unit in it's location.They left everything nice and tidy. They were very professional.

I have a Home Warranty contract that sent a different company to fix my heater. After several appointments and a different reason for the heater not working I called Action Air. Juan was sent to assess the problem. Juan is knowledgeable, courteous and explained everything so that I could understand. He also showed me the old parts that he was replacing. Juan told me about the maintenance service which I signed up for. I finally have a heater that works! Thank you Juan.

Juan was a pleasure to have in my home. He was on time, clean & neat, and ready to work. Juan took an appropriate amount of time to do a thorough service of my furnace and gave me a complete rundown of findings. When finished he cleaned-up and inquired as to anything else he could answer or do for me. Juan is a wonderful example of Action Air employees and is certainly welcome the next service.

Action Air technicians are always courteous, clean, and professional. They communicate exactly what I need to know about the current condition of my system and ideas of how to keep it operating most efficiently. I love their 6 month checkups.

Got super lucky Bill (service tech) was in the Eastlake Area when I contacted Action on a Sunday morning. My A/C and furnace installers yesterday forgot to restart my water heater before leaving. Bill was friendly, personable and fixed my issue in less 3 minutes. Much appreciated.

Bill a Sr. Master Technician came to my house to do a AC Tune-up. Bill did a great job, explaining everything to me as he was doing it. I am very pleased with his work and expertise. I would highly recommend Bill to anyone who needs AC work done.

Very happy with Raphael and his team with Action AC for their new AC installation at my home. They explained everything, including my needlessly technical questions, quickly installed the compressor, air handler, filter, power, and drainage, tested the system (surprisingly quiet!), and explained next steps, all within about 6 hours. Great job!

Germane and Tyler arrived well within the proposed time window and went straight to work cleaning and testing all components of my air conditioning system. Though they found several minor issues, they recommended replacement of only one item that would save energy and might even cause damage to other parts of the system. Germane covered all my options simply and in layman’s terms and suggested items required to fix and recommended items to defer. Very friendly, efficient service while remaining professional at all times.

Following up on the AC service last spring, Majid serviced the heating portion of my HVAC system this October. He arrived well within the time window, and thoroughly checked out every component on my heating unit. He was very knowledgeable about my unique furnace brand and assured me our unit was in great condition and was ready for Winter.

Overall, I’m very happy with Action and highly recommend them for all your heating and solar needs.

I have had outstanding service from everyone at Action Air from the installation, working with Eric Firman in 2013 to today, 04 January 2018.
I requested a service call and Thomas Batterton was sent. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge, honesty and efficiency. Thomas quickly resolved the minor issue with my heat exchanger (actually a loose screw). I feel confident having the Precision Tune-up Program to ensure the proper operation for years to come. I couldn't recommend Thomas and Action Air more highly.

We had our entire HVAC system replaced by Action Air Conditioning & Heating and we are very happy with the work they did. The salesman who initially visited us, Larry S., was very knowledgeable about the products his company used and the process involved in installation. The installers who did the actual work, Ruben and Antoine, were very courteous and professional. They listened to our concerns, completed the job in a timely manner, went over the manuals with us, and made sure that all traces of the work were cleaned up before they left each day. We highly recommend this company to anyone seeking work on their HVAC system.

Action solar took on a repair job that nobody else was interested in. My experience with solar companies is that they just want to do new installations. One of my inverters failed and action was happy to replace it. Their worker was organized and courteous. He did a nice clean installation and cleaned up nicely.

I’m very pleased with the service and install of 2 a/c units and 2 furnaces. I had 3 companies come look and give bids. Steve at Action was the only one who noticed or offered to correct the way the returns were connected (reversed) between the upstairs and downstairs. The bid process was completed and printed during our first meeting. Total install 2days (furnaces and a/c’s) and very professional, clean (booties), and courteous. Answered all my questions. Definitely recommend.
