Van installed my furnace. I had a problem, my gas line was off, but I called and Van was over that morning. Fixed it (opened the gas line). Didn't think to look, but anyway great company!

van came out and gave us a quote for central air and beat all other companies that came out and gave us quotes. They installed our unit and highly recommend this company.

These guys are GREAT! Making the consultation was quick and easy. Th manager Tracy and the owner Van were both very helpful and friendly along with the other employees I met. I haven't had any problems with their product or their service. I absolutely recommend!

Called about a fan motor that wouldn't turn off after heating/cooling. Van came out and took care of the problem. He made sure that everything was functioning as it should. He was also a really nice guy that took the time to answer my questions. I'll definitely be calling him for all of my future HVAC needs.

TERRIFIC Van thank you for solving our A/C Emergency. We had an A/C emergency with no A/C for the month of July, as the entire family suffered heat exhaustion. Airmakers is fantastic. Van was there the day I called, he did an estimate, and gave me very reasonable prices. I would recommenced Airmakers to install heating and air conditioners anytime, he is very reasonable financially and will not disappoint you!

We know the heat is coming and our old air conditioning system doesn’t always work. I could never figure out if it was the thermostat or the whole system, but I was ready to pay big bucks to get this thing working properly. I called several companies, but Airmakers was the only one in San Diego who would come out that day. Van, I think he’s the owner, checked the system and knew right away that it was the thermostat.

Really, he could have said anything because he know I was willing to buy an entire knew central heating and cooling system, but the new thermostat cost less than $100. It works great now. This is a company that really looks out for the consumer and doesn’t over charge just to make a buck. Airmakers has got my business forever and I will gladly refer everyone I know to them.

A previous reviewer said "nice, honest people who do good, reasonably-priced work" and that's the best description we can give. The owner Van is as low-key and straight forward as anyone can be. His main guy Carlos was competent and accommodating. We had some difficulty accessing ductwork to replace, but Carlos worked with my husband to get it done. It was above and beyond and we appreciated it very much.

Excellent service - even better pricing. I had an air conditioning installation done after several quotes, I went with Airmakers. This is a really good company to work with. The tech was extremely knowledgeable with the lowest prices of any HVAC contractor I found online. If you need an air conditioning system installed, I would surely call Airmakers Heating and Air.

Fantastic work! I'm not one to usually write reviews, but Van asked me to and I am very happy to do so. He is a very nice young man and very knowledgeable about his craft. I like to see people take pride in what they do because you don't see too much of that anymore. Van really appreciated the business, even though I could tell he was busy. We have a new Trane heat pump and it works beautifully. he didn't mess up our house and respected our privacy as he was working. Finally, I won't tell you the price he gave us, but it was very satisfactory. No surprises, just good, honest work.

We hired Airmakers based on a referral we got from our son. He couldn't say enough about these guys, but we checked their reviews online regardless. They've pretty much got five stars across the board and I have to say, same here. We just hired them for service and not installation, but Van Johnson came up and checked everything out to make sure we were ready for the summer. He was polite, thorough and very affordable. Now I hire them any time I need an inspection. If the heat pump or air conditioning unit ever goes out or needs changing, there is only one company we'll call to take care of it. Van at Airmakers has got our business.

One of the best contractors I ever hired for my home. Van is the man! I hired him for what i thought was a severe problem with my ac during one of the hottest times of the year. i thought i was screwed because i couldn't afford to change out my central air unit, but was going to pay it regardless. When Van came up, it turned out to be a problem with my thermostat. he totally could have taken advantage of me and billed me for a lot more (I was prepared to pay it), but he didn't. This is an honest contractor. So so so recommend Airmakers!!!

Excellent service. Van changed out an old condenser we had with a new Bryant system. While working on it, my neighbor came over and asked Van to give him a quote on replacing his central AC. Great work on both accounts. Very pleased we hired Airmakers heating and air.

Airmakers came out to fix our heater today. We were very happy with the service we received - Van was on time, courteous, and most importantly fixed our heater for a reasonable price. We would definitely use Airmakers again.

Very professional service and responsive to our needs. Originally scheduled a quote to have a mini split installed due to a Costco-affiliated air conditioning and heating company quoting us over $10k for central air conditioning. The owner came out himself for the quote, inspected what he was working with and instead of having us pay nearly the same to have a mini split installed, quoted us a reasonable central air conditioning proposal with top quality equipment for half of the Costco-affiliated quote. Within the week, we had brand new top-end central air for an affordable price. Runs smoothly and the house is so much more comfortable! Feels like a whole new house at a reasonable price. Highly recommend their services!

Great work. The owner himself came to our house repaired a faulty thermostat, and shared some helpful info on the use and maintenance of the unit. I build homes every few years and have a good feel for those who talk- and those who work- without complaint. Van and his crew are definitely the latter.
