I brought my BMW 330 convertible in to have the bumper repainted and a couple of other body issues worked on. They did a great job and all of the repairs look really good. The final cost was even under the estimate, which is always a bonus.

If I could give this place more than five stars, I most definitely would. This place is run by two wonderful women who took such great care of me and my car when I was in an accident. I highly recommend taking your car here for any body work that is needed for thorough and honest work!! I have taken multiple cars in and have always received great service! I love this auto body shop and the people who run it, and I will continue to bring my business to them!

This place and the staff is incredible! They fixed my car back beautifully. Highly recommend for any collision or body work. Prices were more than fair. I got a deal here.

Great people! Brought our 2010 Mini in for front bumper damage and they returned it looking better than before the damage. Apparently there was a lot of glue holding some parts together that they took care of. They were up front about the time needed for repairs and were responsive every time I called. Also took care of the repair bill for an a/c issue that was part of the bumper damage that had previously been fixed. I was expecting some push back but they took care of the bill before I picked it up! Did I mention how great they are?

Terrible customer service! Would give zero stars if possible. The front fender and side door panel that was painted had orange peel and over spray. They left trash in the hood of the vehicle. Also looks like the painter didn’t wash his hands before driving the vehicle leaving paint residue on the steering wheel and controls. When confronted I was told “thats what I quoted you im not fixing it” so much for “perfection auto body” stay away find a better place to do business with.

I came in looking to get a quote, and had previously spoken with someone else about how fast they were able to get you an estimate on the spot.

As soon as I walked in the door I noticed two ladies sitting at their desk. I kindly asked if I could get a an estimate for my car damage. And the lady that sits on the right, as soon as you walk in the building, started asking me for all my information.

I’m not sure what her problem was today, but she had an attitude problem. As she started asking me for my information (Name,Address,Email, etc...) I explained that I didn’t feel comfortable giving out all my information. Since I wasn’t even sure I was going to get my car repaired with them...

To what her response, was to raise her voice and tell me that that’s not how they run their business. She seemed so frustrated at my response that she almost threw her pen down at disbelief when I explained my situation.

Honestly, I felt like a problem to them and not a customer.
