Bio Air is a great and reliable company. We used to use another company and when we would call it would take hours to get an update and then they would say sorry not until Monday. Bio Air gets to us so quick usually with in an hour. Everyone is so professional and helpful. Mark is very knowledgeable.

I have used Bio Air Mechanical 3X's times and this is the only plumbing service I will use. (Although, I hope I have no more issues) They are honest and fair in pricing and they show up when they say they will!
My first and second time using Bio Air was for leaks in the upstairs of my home. Bio Air sent Mark (Thompson) out both times. Mark was able to isolate the problem each time with minimum destruction to the area as the leaks were behind walls. He was neat and did a great job cleaning up.
Then I had an issue with my downstairs bathroom, so of course after having such a positive experience with them for my 2 previous leaks, I called BioAir Mechanical for for an issue with my toilet bowl.
The woman that answered the phone (Susie) was pleasant and informative. She told me she would have a technician dispatched within 3 hours, I asked her if Mark was still there and if she could dispatch him and she did!
Mark was dispatched and called before arriving to go over my issue, and he gave me options! After he explained the issues and my options I decided to have him replace my toilet bowl. Mark arrived on time, was neat, did a great job cleaning up and removed all the packaging from the new toilet and my old toilet bowl as well!

Bio Air's response time was great and the quality of their work is great. I have used them three times now, I hope I never have to again but if I ever do need plumbing services in the future, BioAir Mechanical is the only company I will use. Class act, A+, 5 Star
