Pouria did an excellent job installing the upstairs and downstairs ecobee thermostats. In addition Pouria also tutored me on all the features of the smart app. I give Pouria a 5 star rating for his professional efforts.

Brian and Uz were super friendly and helpful getting our wall a/c fixed and answering questions on how to maintain our other HVAC and plumbing systems. Will definitely call again the next time we need maintenance done.

I am a physician with very high standards when it comes to contractors. Bob Jenson HVAC Co. replaced my roof-mounted 5-ton central air conditioning condenser and the indoor evaporator coils.

UPDATE: Still very please with this company!! Enoch came today and did maintenance and repairs. All free with our maintenance agreement. Now they do our plumbing as well! Bird came out and flushed both of our tankless water heaters while he was waiting for the flesh to complete. He checked all the other plumbing around the house tightened a few things here and there.

Ellice in the office has been Very helpful coordinating all of the different things they’ve been doing for us and all three of our homes. Spoke to Jacob as well and he is very knowledgeable and kind keep up the great work guys!

Pouria and Uz from Bob Jenson AC did an excellent job performing our HVAC system maintenance. They arrived on time, were very courteous, and were very attentive to their job.

We were truly happy with Luciano Cortez and Romero Rodriguez services when they replaced our water heater this week. Luciano also replaced our bathroom sink fixtures and replaced the shower head. These 2 men are professional, efficient, pleasant and trustworthy. They are a terrific team and are outstanding representatives of Bob Jenson Plumbing and Heating. We will be recommending them to our neighbors and friends.

Very quick and accommodating on short notice and Pouria In particular was excellent, Knowledgeable, diligent, and friendly. He was very forthcoming with information and details Walking me Through both a technical software and hardware related issues.

Technician’s Brian and Uz are skilled, professional, timely, helpful, thorough, and incredibly hard working. The best service out there. Very thankful we hired Bob Jensen to install mini splits in our home 3 years ago. From the instillation of the Fujitsu units, annual membership, cleaning and repairs the guys at Bob Jensen have taken care of us every step of the way.

Our ac unit was not working, Sal and Guillermo were able to determine the issue as well as explain all of their findings (with pictures too which was great!). Sal was very knowledgeable and took his time going through all sorts of checks.

Also, just had to replace our water heater after finding a leak (old unit too). Luciano, Ramiro, and Raydel came to install a new one and it looks amazing! Luciano walked us through everything and took the time to work with us through the process. Ramiro’s install work with Raydel was very thorough and clean, very happy with how it turned out.

Definitely made us feel well taken care of each time we’ve needed help. Really appreciate all of their hard work, thank you!!

Tanner is the most knowlegable and thorough plumber ever! Did I mention that he is kind and personable too? I just moved into my new home. Tanner came out to install a leak detector kit. He explained thr process step by step, and showed me a picture of what it would look like finished. Then he went above and beyond and fully inspected the rest of my plumbing inside and out!

Marcos and Jake did a great job checking my HVAC system to make sure it’s functioning properly. They explained each step and what the results were. I’m very pleased with their work. No charge but wasn’t able to indicate that on this form.

Luciano did a great job analyzing my tankless water heater. He was very informative and polite, he even went around to check all fixtures and offered solutions. The company was also excellent in communicating with me about the time of arrival and sent several reminders. I do highly recommend this company.

This is my first time using their plumbing services, but I have used them for my AC needs for over 5 years.
Their technician Tanner was punctual, professional, and polite! He made sure I understood the work needed and fully answered any questions I asked.
The repair I needed entailed shutting my water off for 24 hours. Tanner went above and beyond by filling up a couple of buckets of water for me to use, leaving them outside for a bit to dry off so he would not track water through the house, then bringing them inside for me before he left.
I have never been disappointed by their customer service! Highly recommended

Enoch evaluated our air conditioning system a week ago, he was professional and courteous. We ended up needing to replace coils and a condenser, which were leaking freon. Conor came out to help with the evaluation, he answered our many questions. We purchased from Bob Jenson's Air Conditioning and had everything installed by another professional team from the company: Antonio, Abraham, Luiz and Hiram. They spent all day replacing the units we needed and now our air conditioning system is functioning like new! We are grateful for such a good experience with professional and competent employees.

We had furnace problems and the unit is in the attic. Pouria and the trainer Uz arrived on time and honored the “no shoes in the house” policy by using shoe covers. I think they always use them. They were polite, efficient and thoroughly explained the findings. They fixed the problem and we are excited to have our cozy, warm home back on this rainy evening.

Tanner was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain everything about my water heater maintenance.
The great price for the tune up first caught my attention, but it was the outstanding service and quick turnaround that really impressed me.
