Jay of Five Star Heating & ventilation has performed all of the projects for my construction company for the last 7 years. He is the best person to use for HVAC. I first hired Jay of Five Star in 2010 when we bought our house. He has done everything from replace ducts; install a heater and an AC (when there was not one before) to making new vents. Jay is a rare find and I keep his company on speed dial. He always responds very quickly and takes care of the work I need done ASAP.
My husband deployed last year and of course the furnace quit, Jay had a new one installed, up and running within 3 days so the kids had heat. His work is top quality; he’s also an honest person and a straight shooter! I am very thankful that I found this company.

You sold me a new air conditioner and the vent in my room and the back of the house I discovered that vent isn’t working. I’ve left several messages but no one ever calls me back. Today the phone rings but doesn’t ever go to a message machine. You don’t list your address so I can’t even go in the office ti plead my case. You don’t treat your customers very well. I would never suggest your company to anyone else ever.
