Don’t Go here Horrible Customer Service .

Showed up at 7am on saturday and it was closed with not a soul in site, hung around for awhile and nobody showed up 9/15/2018.

HVAC in San Diego seems to have a monopoly. Inquired about procuring a 12" wye part. Licensed A and B contractor cannot buy from them, they say. There has to be something in the books about how a company can discern who they sell their product to; there is usually a membership scheme in place. This seems highly unethical and borderline illicit.

Wont sell R410a refrigerant to a homeowner. States EPA certification requirements.

40 CFR part 82 Subpart F section 608 states you must be EPA certified if you are a technician that is going to handle(install) the refrigerant. Perfectly legal to buy it without the certification.

They clearly misunderstand the EPA regulation. Oh well, I bought what i need elsewhere.

Water heater broke and it has warranty but when I ordered the part they said it will arrive in 2-4 days and it’s been 1 week since and I haven’t received the part they lied about the shipping time and the water heater has not worked for 1 week and we haven’t had water for 1 week they should’ve been clear about the shipping info
