I’m impressed with the work that this reliable crew did on our home! Before turning on the central air conditioning this year, we needed to have the HVAC system in our home cleaned. Their staff were courteous and kept the house very clean during their service. It’s hard to find honest work these days, but the employees of LO Ducts Technicians proved themselves to be the real deal with their honesty and have competitive prices for their services!

I converted my garage into a lifting gym, but noticed I coughed a lot whenever the overhead fan kicked on. This duct cleaning company cleared decades of hidden attic dust from the lines, so now I can work in total comfort.

LO Ducts Technicians really works wonders. Got a great time seeing how they cleaned up the ducts in the house and the price they quoted was pretty much fair for the amount of work they did. All in all it’s a big recommendation on my part to the others who want a good cleaning crew.

My air duct is now so clean thanks to him and the difference in our air was huge after cleaning it.

DO NOT HIRE. We hired LO Ducts Technicians over a month ago to clean both the upstairs and downstairs ducting. The technician claimed the main register covered both floors, but when I checked the downstairs vents, they clearly didn’t look cleaned at all. When I questioned it, he told me I “just needed to wipe them down.” He also kept insisting that the duct system was somehow separate from the HVAC system, which made no sense and left me feeling completely gaslit. I initially let it go because I thought there might be a language barrier issue.

I told my husband to only pay half until the job was actually completed, but the technician repeatedly badgered him with texts until he finally paid the remaining balance. That turned out to be a mistake, because after that, getting the company to do the right thing became nearly impossible.

When I called to explain that the downstairs had never been cleaned, I got the runaround for over a week: they needed to talk to the supervisor, then the technician, then the technician needed to talk to the company, etc. Only after I threatened to leave a bad review did they agree to send someone back out to clean the downstairs. They never showed up.

I called again. More excuses. They scheduled another appointment. Again, no one showed up.

At this point, I’m left posting this review because I’ve run out of options. They were overpriced, underdelivered, and their customer service and integrity are a joke.
