Had PAC complete a Ecobee remote installation and an overhaul of our HVAC system. Appreciated the extra time spent showing us the installation and operational aspects for knowledge transfer of our new Ecobeee system. Super cool to be out of town coming in and Wi-Fi connect to turn on heater during this recent cold winter, I’m sure the opposite for AC during the summer will be as nice. One other aspect, Tyler was there at the time he said he would be. I’m this day an age customer service is so lacking and the end result of what we pay for always seems less. This was not the case and I’ve already referred him to friends and family because the work was solid!

Lots of moving parts trying to coordinate schedules, since they were also dealing with my difficult schedule, city permits, solar install, etc., but they did a great job keeping us up to date and informed.

And everyone we interacted with, and in particular the install folks, were amazing. Professional, friendly, efficient, and thoughtful.

Paulson AC saved me in a crunch! My home AC system went down and we got a quote from another company that was super high. Paulson had a tech come in and they diagnosed the problem and saved us money. They were literally two thousand dollars cheaper I was shocked. Tyler called me and got me scheduled for a replacement asap and we were up and running just before my in laws got to town. They made me feel confident I was making the right decision. They do not disappoint. I’d recommend Paulson’s if you’re in need of AC.

We called Paulson Air Conditioning and they were very quick to respond. Although it was summer and they were very busy Tyler was able to get a technician out with 24 hours. A part of our AC unit (the part that is in the attic) had burnt up! We were fixed and feeling cool again within 48 hours of our initial call. The technician was professional and walked us through everything! Great job Paulson AC.. referring you to all our friends!
