I can't say enough good things about Adam and his team! Adam promptly arrived early in the morning with a brand new unit ready to install. We had some issues getting the unit into our backyard, but Adam and his team made it happen. I was extremely impressed by their professionalism and willingness to explain things to me. Best customer service I've received in a long time!

Adam and Prime Air were amazing. Our A/C started leaking water on wednesday of this week, in the middle of a week long heat wave. No one else was able to come out until the middle of next week until we found Adam and Prime Air. He was able to come over on Saturday morning and quickly diagnose and repair the problem. I was able to get an appointment within a few hours. Adam showed up on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my AC unit and replaced the broken part on the spot. He was very courteous to work with.

Adam was great in identifying the issue with my AC not working. Quickly replaced the capacitor and my AC worked again. Went the extra mile to look at my flexible duct work as I had mentioned 2 guest rooms were not getting enough air flow. He made recommendations to repair the issue after climbing up in the attic to inspect.

We would like to provide an outstanding review for the technician Paul who fixed our old microwave. We let Paul know that the 20-year-old plus microwave built into the wall (with a matching oven) was part of a custom kitchen remodel 20 years ago. This model is no longer manufactured and there is no microwave model currently available that would fit into the exact space. Our cabinets are beautiful and we know we could never match the stain if construction was necessary around the new microwave. We let Paul know how important it was to fix this old microwave.

When we called Prime Appliance Repair, Paul, the technician, responded promptly. He worked diligently on the microwave for about three hours in an effort to determine the problem. We feel most technicians would have given up after an hour and told us that this old microwave would need to be replaced. Not Paul. He was extremely hard working and industrious. After extensive testing of the various circuits and fuses, he found that one of the fuses was not working. This was a fuse that rarely fails.

Paul immediately ordered the part and came back the next day to make the repair. Thanks to Paul the microwave works beautifully again and we do not have to worry about reconstructing and staining cabinetry. We want to reiterate that Paul worked tirelessly to find the problem and never gave up on this older piece of equipment. We are extremely satisfied and grateful for his expertise and professionalism.

Additionally, the final bill was very reasonable for the amount of work required for this project.

A few months previously, we had another very positive experience with Prime Appliance Repair when our clothes dryer was not functioning properly. This repair was also accomplished by another technician quickly and reasonably.

We highly recommend Prime Appliance Repair for all household appliance repairs. They are the only company we would call given the excellent service we have received.

Furnace wasn't working so called in the morning. They were able to send a tech out same day to take a look. He was able to diagnose and come back next day with the needed part and furnace is now fixed. The technician Adam was knowledgeable and professional. Pricing was fair. Thanks!

Our AC stopped working late Friday night so I made calls to over ten repair companies early Saturday morning. Prime was the only one that could provide me with same day service. And Paul, the repair tech, even came earlier than expected which was great. Paul was professional, kind, and courteous. He took the time to explain what was wrong and gave me a detailed understanding of how to resolve the issue. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend it to anyone.

Prime Air Solutions was very good. They came right on time in the ‘window’ they said they would. Technician, Paul, was very thorough, and A to Z in determining the problem. He trouble-shot until he figured it out & Voila! FIXED!! Very reasonable in pricing & not gouging us in this upside-down world of everyone charging double& triple ridiculous fees. I will definitely ask them again if we have another LG appliance OR ANY APPLIANCE problem! They are 10star marked in my book. I struck gold when I found Prime Air Solutions.

Wonderful experience today!! Adam was timely and communicative during the whole process. My dryer had a snapped band (I foolishly put in a heavy rug), and Adam was able to make a next day appointment. When he came over he quickly diagnosed the issue, went to a parts store to get the necessary part, and repaired the dryer all within 2 hours. Sooo thankful for Adam and his service. He will definitely be our person moving forward on our appliance services and repairs!!

My husband and I have used Prime Appliance and HVAC Solutions on two separate occasions, for problems with our old gas wall heaters.
The 1st time was a pilot light that would not stay lit, and the 2nd was a thermostat dysfunction. On both Occasions we were very happy that Adam, the technician (and owner of the business) was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problems.

Prime Air came out to evaluate our 30 year old HVAC system which was malfunctioning. Their technician was able to get the furnace going within a few minutes (after we were told by another company that it would cost thousands to have it repaired). After a detailed discussion of our options, we decided to proceed with a whole system replacement. Prime Air offered a very competitive estimate (versus other local companies). The crew showed up as expected, was very professional throughout the installation, and did a great job cleaning up at the completion of the project. The process was seamless start to finish, with great communication throughout. The whole project was completed in 2 days as promised.

Prime Air did not charge anything for the initial visit, repairs, and estimate (compared to other companies). The estimate was stress free and my wife and I did not feel rushed or pressured to have to make a decision (compared to other companies). We felt that Prime Air acted in good faith and had our best interests in mind the whole time. We felt very comfortable working with them throughout the duration of the project.

I would highly recommend Prime Air for any HVAC repair or replacement needs!!! I would give them 6 stars if I could.
