Harbor Pest Control is the one we use for our HOA. Annually they do a termite inspection for the entire complex. They are excellent working with the community due to the many work schedules etc. Very professional and knowledgeable. When I needed a termite inspection to satisfy the needs of the finance company when I refinanced it wasn't even a question when it came to who I would call. I would highly recommend this company if you need Pest Control Services.

We have had quarterly maintenance with Harbor PC for years. They are very responsive, answer our questions and keep ants and bugs under control. They did an efficient job when tenting our house for termites and the price was very reasonable.

Harbor Pest Control has been our pest control service for years. We have regular service as well as lifetime termite protection. When we call, they get here quickly. And Kathy is super friendly with our dogs when she arrives here with treats for them for our regular service visits.

Kathy is awesome! She figure out our rat problem, we were dumbfounded and she solved the mystery. We had another pest company out before Kathy/Harbor Pest Control and they couldn't solve it. Kathy, also, took care of our roach and ant problem. All our unwanted house guests are gone. Kathy was truly a delight to work with, professional, sharp and friendly. We have a tech come monthly now, I can't remember his name, but he's great too. He is always smiling, professional and thorough. I'm so happy with Harbor Pest Control, you have no idea how happy!!! No more rats, roaches or ants, they excel over the other companies. Thank you Kathy and Harbor Pest Control!

We have been happy with the rodent service that we have had for many years. We appreciate the service reminder emails. Shawn is an excellent technician. He is knowledgeable, answers all questions, leaves the area neat and clean, and is personable.

All of my interactions over the phone were right on target, went into office to sign work order. Office is well organized, order status board and color coded, staff communicates with customers and each other to provide great service and work well together. Very impressed.

When inspection was done he asked if I had any concerns or questions, and if I did think of something to call and speak with a representative. This company has been on top of their game. I recommend to all my family and friends.

Harbor pest control is a cut above others in reliability and professionalism. They have taken good care of our home and yard for over 30 years and never have we had troubles that our friends have had with other services. They treat employees well so that there is continuity and it really matters!

I had a rat problem in 2014 and Kevin came out and did an excellent job excluding the rats and setting traps. Problem solved quickly and at a fair price. Fast forward to 2021 and one of the crawl space doors had become loose and I had a rat again. The crawl space door had been damaged during some plumbing work, so no fault of Harbor Pest control and their excellent workmanship. Juan came out today and did a thorough job of checking all the possible openings that a rat may be coming in the house. Even though it was an inspection only visit, he was kind enough to spend a little extra time working on the door to see if there was a way to fix it on my own. I am grateful for the assistance that he gave when he really didn't have to. Juan was caring and thorough. I will definitely use Harbor Pest Control in the future

We recently had our house tented for termites by Harbor Pest Control. We met with a representative beforehand who was very informative about the tenting procedure and preparations on our part. The house was tented and removed in 2 days and we were able to return but stayed away an extra night.
We are very pleased with how professional and careful the employees were that installed and removed the tenting. No damage was done to the landscaping in front of the house (we have a lot plants and landscape decor) as well as the house itself.
The tenting was done well and in a very professional manner. We would not hesitate to recommend Harbor Pest Control to anyone in need of having to tent their house for termites.

First time Julio has done our inspection. We were impressed by the care he took to keep our light carpeting and white walls and ceiling clean as he went into the crawl space and up into the attic. And he brought booties with him! We will be very happy to welcome him back for next year's inspection.

Great work and everyone was on time with everything. The team leader for the tenting was very helpful and assured us the house would be locked when the tent was on. We appreciated all of the written information concerning preparations. I should have read them more closely though about watering the soil around any plants that might be covered by the tent.

The inspector arrived exactly on time, examined the exterior of my house, and found no indication of termites. When I asked what was the cost, he replied zero. Harbor only charges when work has been done. I could not be more impressed!
