Jose was right on time to my house. He was very professional with the paperwork aspect of the new contract because this was initial service. He was very clean inside with the spraying and care of our belongings. Outside Jose was equally carful and looked for the hotspots with great experience.

Hector treated our attic for termites. Showed up on time, was respectful of property. Was thorough and very professional and informative.

I deleted my comment from a few years ago to update it to include todays experience(a few yrs ago it was a 5 star review SOLELY BECAUSE OF JULIO PEREZ AND THAT REMAINS THE SAME):

I had such a mixed up and down experience working with people on the phone to finally get a tecnician to my home (some good, some not good but not terrible, just misinformation). Some people give conflicting information with other people but Julio saves the day everytime and sets the record straight for what is going on and needs to be done about my problem situation. Julio Perez is the TRUE embodiment of WHITE GLOVE SERVICE. He came to spray my new home this morning. Ive worked with him in previous years and with him, he is so professional. The man knows his stuff, my first visit with him, I questioned him a lot about the service from a bunch of encounters I had with previous technicians coming by, and he put all my concerns to rest and even helped me move my cat in the carrier down the stairs AND ALL THE WAY TO MY CAR. I have a bad back and so that went a long way with me because he didnt have to do that but he just always go above and beyond kinda guy, i told him I keep seeing scouter ants and he helped with that and explained the difference in sprays from when I first started working with Homeshield when my cat had fleas a few summers ago, normal maintenance with spiders pincher bugs and silver fish, to now being in a new place and trying to exorcise it from demon German roaches. He explained how pet safe the new spray is and wont hurt my cat while keeping bugs out. I love working with Julio Perez, hes got to be my favorite technician, and I told him he cant get sick on Saturdays since thats the day I typically get this service done ;) His ability to answer questions, always prompt, professional and helpful, the true embodiment of WHITE GLOVE SERVICE should NOT go unoticed at this company, good service is not found everywhere in the world, so I speak up about it when I see it!

Pests are no fun so thankfully we have Hector from HomeShield. On every service visit, he was very professional, polite and thorough. Hector is definitely an asset to this company!

Hector is fantastic! He always lets us know his ETA, which we really appreciate. Once onsite, he thoroughly inspects the property and takes care of everything as part of his regular service. After treatment, he sends a few photos and lets us know if there are any issues to watch for, which helps us stay on top of potential problems. He’s professional, reliable, and consistent. Every month we look forward to seeing Jorge Sanchez. His communication with me to inform of his arrival is a 10+. Jorge shows that he enjoys his work just by asking questions if there have been any changes since last month. He goes above and beyond. Having pest, rodent or termites, call them don't just take my word and see for yourself. Price reasonable.

Eduardo and Joey showed up to do our initial service and did a great job. Polite and thorough and explained everything along the way. Looking forward to being ant free.

Julio Perez was awesome today, coming in time and gave detailed service to clean the web, sprayed the insecticides around the house and replaced the sticky pad for the mices. Thanks again for your hard and efficient work!!

Hector has been by our house many times to keep pests under control. He is always helpful and takes care of any extra areas we might want treated. He is also very friendly!

Darla treated our house today and did such a great and thorough job! I really appreciated the communication and details she provided and seems like the products she used are effective against pests!

Aaron did our second visit today due to ants we saw around trash/greens bins and front door. He treated all the areas we asked him too and also gave us options for different types of treatments that would be useful in certain areas where spraying wasn't the best option. So far the technicians have all been professional and courteous.

Our technician Julio was communicative, personable, and great to work with! Very much appreciated how accommodating and willing he was to explain everything. He was knowledgeable and easy to talk to! Finished the service feeling better about our situation and happy to have a company in our corner who cares!

Jorge was professional and thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions and give advice about how to best keep our area pest free.

Reggie was really awesome. Very thorough, explained everything did a really good job of spraying in areas that needed taken care of. He was very careful of my house and my belongings. I really appreciated his service.

My Home Shield technicians name was Reggie who was very professional, personal, thorough, thoughtful, who seemed to love his job and it showed. I asked if he would be one of servicing my home in the future go forward because that’s what I was hoping. But he explained at the current time Home Shield is using him as a floater and it’s possible that I could be seeing him again. He also expressed that I would be getting a follow call to two weeks to see if everything okay. This is a first for me as I’ve dealt with many other pest control companies in the past at my other homes and I was impressed. Great job Home Shield

Everything went great, Jorge explained everything very well, gave excellent tips on where/how the pests can sneak in along with recommendations to correct it. I am very pleased with HomeShield in general, they don’t try to oversell anything. As a single woman it is refreshing to be listened to and not made to feel like I need to pay for extra services.
