I have used Bartels’ Plumbing several times at my home for various issues. John has never made me feel like any job was too big, or too small for him to take care of for me. He has consistently done excellent and timely work, and does a great job at cleaning up after himself. We have a dog and indoor cats in our house, and I am always impressed with his consideration of our pets while in and out of our home. He not only is very calm and sweet with them, but he pays constant attention to making sure he properly closes doors quickly without being reminded to keep them safe. I have recommended this business to several family members and neighbors, and I am not shocked in any way that they have all been just as impressed.

John was so awesome. Got assigned to John from a home warranty claim (usually those guys are not competent) for a busted water heater. He diagnosed the problem, dealt with the warranty company and got me approved for a reimbursement, was able to purchase, deliver and install my new water heater IN THE SAME DAY. He even was able to move a cabinet and put it back in order to install the water heater. Thanks John! Great plumber, super responsive and nice to deal with.
