Don was great. We had a water heater blow and he came over right away, assessed the problem, and made recommendations. I was considering going to a tankless system, but after determining the work and cost involved, he recommended against it even though it would have been a bigger job for him...very honest...and his recommendation made sense. Don came and did the heater removal after hours just so I could get the handyman in to mitigate the water damage faster...he just went out of his way to help. I scheduled the water heater installation a few days later and the plumber Zach was on time and very courteous. We asked to have him do some trivial task, like remove some stickers, and rather than give us grief, he just said, "your house, your rules...no problem." It was the pinnacle of customer service. The work was immaculate...they did a great job all around. Without hesitation, I'd use Core Plumbing again, and would recommend them to everyone.

Have had multiple issues recently and called them for leak detection. Polite and professional crew. Would recommend their services to anyone.

Two guys came and were great. They explained every little detail of the plumbing in our new house - super appreciative. We had them do one fix the day of, and it was a challenging space but they figured it out without cutting a huge hole in our wall, which was great!

From start to finish this company is very professional; sent an email and text notifying me of the appointment. Received a text with who the plumber was along with picture. Called and asked if I was available early when the previous job finished early.
Joseph came out, provided a quote for my shower drain, and explained different pricing options. He cleared the clog, hydro-jetted the pipes, and cleaned up. He even checked my water heater and the water pressure coming into the house. He was super courteous, asked if he could look at different faucets and if he could open doors or use the water spigots.

The guys from Core Plumbing came by and fixed a few things for us, including replacing the water heater. They did an awesome job, and were great to work with. We will definitely be calling them for anything plumbing related in the future.

We've used Core Plumbing many times with success and our recent repair of a leak in the main line to the house was no different. The service was prompt and the team was uniformly professional and interested in our concerns and property. Count us as very pleased!

The people at Core plumbing were very professional and quick to get the job done. They also helped me deal with insurance when my water heater leaked. I wouldn't have been able to communicate with the insurance company if it wasn't for them. They also reply to emails very quickly.

Tony was our main contact for consult, quote and work done. He did have another person with him. The process was easy and both of the men were respectful, tidy and got the simple job done that I needed. They installed a new bib on our upper patio. Very happy to have this done.

Core plumbing came out, rearranged, and replaced pipes for our grooming salon! Their customer service is impeccable, they are super easy to work with and friendly! Tony fixed a shower valve issue for us after a less than perfect job on a new shower install. He did a thorough assessment and took the time to explain the issue and possible resolutions. He also looked at some other maintenance plumbing projects and provided estimates for those as well. Overall, we recommend Core Plumbing. We are very happy with the professionalism and work performed by Tony.

I was on a time crunch to get my water softener disconnected and removed before the garage flooring was to be replaced.

Kevin came the next day first thing in the morning, disconnected it and provided a blanket so it wouldn’t damage the floor and moved it into the house.

Then when they came back, they provided plastic covers to make the garage wires look more appealing. And the 2 guys that came quickly moved back my water softener and reconnected everything back. Made sure it worked by having me turn the water on, etc.

They cleaned up their work space (Kevin wiped down my water softener too because it was covered in dust) and were all very polite and professional.

Core Plumbing is my plumber. Over the past three years Core Plumbing has completed over $25,000.00 worth of work. Everything from Gas Range install, Tankless Water Heater, Washing Machine Connections, Outside Faucet Leak, Jones Valve replacement, to the inner guts of the toilets. Everything that these guys do is professional. I have worked with Grant and Tony on several of these jobs. Trust me, Core Plumbing is as good as it gets.

I called them as a second opinion on a stuck bathtub. The previous plumber had recommended opening the dry wall or digging up the floor. Core cleared the blockage in a half hour with none of that. Really appreciate them.
