We noticed a leak from water heater on Sunday afternoon, went on line and picked up Payless Water Heater from among 10 choices. Game them call and was told Jerry V will be showing up at 9:00 Monday morning. Jerry, a very pleasant gentleman showed up at 9:00 and checked the water heater and recommended installing a new one. He did clean job professionally and finished on time.
We are extremely happy with Jerry and have no hesitation to recommend Payless Water Heaters to those who may be unfortunate like us to have problems with their water heaters.

Dustin was great, very happy with the assessment for our water tank and we decided to proceed with a tankless system. It was install in less then a day and professionally done.

Although changing my home water regulator did not resolve the issue causing low water pressure to my home, Aldrin did an excellent thorough job on that installation and referred me to a plumbing service to further investigate and resolve the issue.

The technician, Jerry, called ahead, arrived on time. He diagnosed the problem and presented me with several options. He answered all my questions and was also very knowledgeable about the specific details of my job. I was able to have him proceed with the replacement water heater in a timely manner. Jerry also was friendly and respectful. I am very happy with my entire interaction with Payless Water Heater!

Aldrin the technician was pleasant and very competent. He helped to facilitate a fair and attractive deal. The price negotiation with Chris was also pleasant. Shocked they were open on a holiday. Customer service from everyone was excellent. Appt was made for the next day and within 3 hours we have HOT water and a new water heater!!

Aldrin came out to replace my leaking water heater, which might have been 20 years old. He was great! Aldrin explained various steps in the process, I shared some concerns I had and he gave advice on how to move through them, plus he was honest with what I needed and explained the extras, so I could make an informed decision. The job was expensive, but post-pandemic everything is ridiculous and overall it was less than having a flood or having no hot water in my house. Very thankful for the experience I had with aldrin as my technician.
