We called The Plumbing Tree to help us with a leak in our bathroom faucet. The office staff was very friendly and got us someone to come out and help in the same day. Angel and Jesse helped fix the problem and they were very helpful and super nice! Also the owner, Freddy was very easy to talk to and made us feel very taken care of!
I am a Christian and loved that the vans have a bible verse on the back. The fact that The Plumbing Tree is a Christian company is very important to me and not something you see often and I really appreciate that a lot in a pluming company! I will be referring my friends and family to use The Plumbing Trees services.

Luis did a great job, very professional and was quality work! would recommend luis for anyone 10 times out of 10.

Steven came to one of my rental properties in Hillcrest because of a slow toilet. I’ve had two other plumbers come out to address the same issue and the issue kept coming back. Stephen took his time to clean the drain and most importantly actually check to see that it wouldn’t stop again during his inspection. It did clog up again and he had to go back in there And unclog it once more and then finally do a camera inspection to make sure that it was actually clear. I am also a plumber, but I don’t do Drains and I would recommend them to anybody.

Plumbing tree came and did some work on our house when we had an emergency situation with a leak. They were incredibly responsive and helpful. Our technician, Mickey, was one of the nicest, most professional workers I have ever encountered. Truly a first rate business and we will be using them for all our plumbing needs in the future.

The company is highly efficient and professional. They keep you updated while performing the actual service and also before doing it and after it is done. They are very responsive and keep the schedule. The technician, Fernando, did a great job. He not only performed the requested leak detection but also inspected the whole house. He then put all possible repairs in three different categories: what should be done now without any delay, what should be done soon, and what can wait. Overall, his service was excellent.

It is the third time I have used Plumbing Tree. It is a wonderful company. We got a pipe leak from the dishwasher along with some other problems with our garbage disposal. The technician, Mickey, got to our place just 40 minutes after I called the company. The work was thorough, highly professional, and very efficient. High quality parts, too. I am very happy with the work Mickey did and will call Plumbing Tree in future whenever any need arises.

Had a fantastic experience working with Jessie and Angel. We had a pump failure and within 30 minutes of arriving we had a fixed issue and an improved sink setup. They’re fast, efficient, and very kind people I would recommend anyone to Plumbing Tree in a heartbeat for practically any plumbing need you might have.

UPDATE: 6/24/2025 - once again Plumbing Tree came to the rescue when I had plumbing issues in my 1971 house. Angel did a thorough assessment and then Steven did a fantastic job reviewing all the options with me, fixing the plumbing issues (old parts to replace and correcting the water pressure in the house.)

I found this company through Angie’s list when my 14 year old hot water stopped being so hot. Mickey came out first thing and walked me through repair and replacement options. Mickey was great to work with, very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I highly recommend working with Mickey and this company.

One of the best home service companies I have ever seen. I called Plumbing Tree about fixing a leak in my sprinkler irrigation system that had been slowly leaking for a while and running up my water bill. They came out promptly and capped the leaking line even though they couldn't perform the full fix right then, just to stop the leak and ease my mind.

The next day, a tech came who was friendly, professional, and competent and did a wonderful job. Highly recommend!

We hired Plumbing Tree to re-pipe our entire home with copper. This was a big project that took a week with 3-4 plumbers each day. Plumbing Tree did an absolutely great job, we are very happy with their work and their team. The team was courteous, professional, and very helpful with any questions or concerns. Freddy (owner) is very conscientious and really takes pride in their work. Some pictures of their work are attached. The best part is Plumbing Tree had a cleaning crew come in and clear our entire home, not just their work areas, after the job was complete!! Plumbing Tree in every sense is one of the top three companies I have ever dealt with in my 75 years. We had a lateral sewer line backup into our house. It was a terrible mess in the house. As I always do I researched the top rated plumbing companies in San Diego. After numerous discussions and options offered we decided to have Plumbing Tree come out. The supervisor, Freddy carefully examined the situation using a camera. He then patiently explained the options and prices. We agreed upon a very fair price and option. His plumber Luis then immediately started to rectify this serious situation. He then came back the next day to finish. He constantly let us know his status and showed us his work. He gave us prior notice when we couldn’t use the bathrooms. Everything was done with precision it seemed to me. We now have the situation fully resolved, a new piece installed to prevent a county sewer backing up into our house, and a two-way cleanout. All with a 10 year warranty on any future issues. We are so pleased with this company and give it our highest recommendation. A++
