Excellent job - on time and took care of the issue right away

On a Friday our plumber thought we had a slab leak but was not equipped to determine that or fix it. We called Plumb Tech and Steve came out that day (even after his truck had been broken into) and confirmed we had a leak.
Instead of demolishing the flooring and slab to find the leak we decided to re-pipe the entire house into the attic and walls using pex. Steve started on that Monday and finished the job in 5 -6 days. That's re-routing, patching textured walls and matching paint. We also had him come back and replace some faucets.
The project manager from ServPro (water mitigation), was so impressed by Steve's work and professionalism that he asked for his card.
Word of advice: If you have an old house that still has pipes in the slab, move them before you get the leak... and you WILL eventually get one, and make sure you call Steve at Plumb Tech! I highly recommend him for all your plumbing, leak detection and restoration (dry wall, paint, flooring) needs!

Hospitality was excellent! Texted me well in advance before they arrived and resolved the issue fast. Paid a fair price and had the leak fixed in no time.

On Sunday I booked an appointment for Tuesday. I cancelled the appointment on Monday, 23 hours before the appointment. They charged me a $42 cancellation fee. They did not disclose their cancellation policy, but I am being charged $42 anyway.
