Had an old window removed and needed the stucco removed and replaced. They performed the job in a timely manner and created a seamless transition to the rest of the building. Will definitely be giving them a call for any future stucco needs.

Two years ago i used Steve Morrison and Morrison Construction on a large stuccoed house we purchased in Pacific Beach. There were many defects in the building envelope and Steve personally met with me to figure out the issues. He was great in this analysis phase! We then developed a plan to do some exploratory demo and then developed a plan to do the repairs and then to re-stucco the entire house and re-waterproof the 3 decks over structure. Steve prepared a cost estimate which he did an excellent job of sticking with in spite of some changes and adjustments to the scope of work. All the work done was top notch start to finish and they also did excellent clean up after the work. I highly recommend Steve and Morrison Construction as a firm you can trust with judgement, pricing, personality and expertise!
