The owner is great, very knowledgeable about his field, I appreciated that the office was responsive and followed up with me. The tree work was done well, they showed up early and finished quickly. I was pleased with my service. They were respectful, professional and did everything I had asked at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

These guys leave a big mess and damage things. They give you a bid but nickel and dime you on basic extras.

Horrible customer service. Don't return phone calls. Left 6 messages. Dumped mulch on the side of the road illegally

My experience with this company is unlike any others and has nothing to do with trees. But it does say something about the characters of the people who work there. I was living in an RV. I had decided to sell it. Being parked on three street where this business is it caught the interest of a very nice man who inquired about my RV. I decided to sell it to them. The Friday I moved it into their yard I removed only a few of my things. I was told they were closed on weekends so I returned Monday to get my things out. Well everything I owned was in the RV. I was overwhelmed with much to get out and told the secretary I would try to return the following day that I’d have everything out by Thursday. I received a text and a call in the next morning that my property was being removed as we spoke and it was being put in a work truck and in the yard. I could get a u haul but a friends little truck. I got about half my things into the little truck. And told them I’d return the next day. The next day my things were gone. No one knew anything about the where a-bouts. of my property. Nothing. Not anything. I called the secretary and we talked and she got irate when I told her I was missing much of my stuff. She asked if I was calling her workers a thief. I said well my things are gone so yes I’m guess I’m say that. Nothing got resolved. I write the owner twice. Bottom line. I never got a return email with any regrets or apologizes for this happening and I feel it was very unprofessional how they handled this with absolutely no regard to my loss in this matter. It as a very bad bad experience.

If I could give a zero star, I would.. This company paints itself friendly, knowledgeable and professional, this is not the case. The manger’s the supervisors and workers are full of lies. They are unorganized. They do messy jobs. They tried to convince you with change orders. Stay away from these jokers! Bunch of fools! Big talk and don’t deliver. When stuff hits the fan all they’re do is pointing fingers at each other and walk away . There is no accountability with these wannabees.
