My wife and I just wanted to stop in at JB Kitchens and Bath to see what was available for our kitchen and look around. We were at a loss as to what to do with our kitchen. It needed an update but we had issues with narrow openings to hallways and an overall “odd” setup.

Enter Deborah at JB Kitchens and Bath. Deborah was able to work within a very tight budget and maximize space and the end result is a beautiful kitchen with a layout that makes sense and access to hallways that are now comfortable.

Deborah designed our kitchen with thoughtfulness towards usability and timelessness. She was able to maximize and update our space. She was able to work within our budget and the end result is GREAT.

As with any project, “issues” came up. When those came up, Deborah was always prompt to respond and resolve the issue. The crew that we had was extremely respectful and clean. They cleaned up daily and were always aware and sensitive to our needs during the entire project.

I would definitely recommend Deborah at JB Kitchens and Bath as a designer and contractor for your kitchen or bath remodel. She is knowledgeable, talented, and conscientious. She will do everything within her power to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied with their project.

Erin (designer) and Alfred (owner) of JB Kitchens, Baths, and Design remodeled our kitchen and dining room in 2022-2023. We couldn’t be more pleased with the end result! Erin is very good with colors and materials, and our Omega cabinets, lighting fixtures, hardware, pantry, flooring, baseboards, and paint all turned out great. Erin’s philosophy is to design to endure for decades, not just the current fads, so we know our kitchen shouldn’t be outdated in just a few years.

The icing on the cake has been support. When our kitchen sink backed up last week, they sent out plumbers over the weekend and on Monday (when their office is closed) to run a snake and hydro jet and solve the problem. This exceeded our expectations.

Loving my new kitchen cabinets and my luxurious bathroom cabinet with marble countertop. Definitely worth the $100,000. I would recommend JB Kitchens, Baths and Design anytime. Friendly staff and they are all about your preference and not theirs.

I can't say enough good things about this place! Everybody was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I liked the fact that all the people that did my bathrooms worked on their own specialty. Painters painted, installers installed. There was an overall foreman who supervised the work and made sure things were done right. Those kinds of things are really important to me. The idea of remodeling my bathroom was a really scary thing for me. It's the first time I've ever done it, and I didn't know what to expect. Everybody made it really easy. They kept telling me, "we're going to get this right." I know I paid more more for doing it this way, but I firmly beleive that the old saying is true. "You get what you pay for."

First off…WOW! Their showroom is beautiful, well put together and the displays are great for someone who wants the visual. Alejandra was very knowledgeable and helpful. I came in with a few questions and she explained it amazingly without coming off as a salesperson..her customer service is top-tier!!! I’m not ready for my remodel just yet but the first impression was good enough to return when I am...Keep up the great work JB! 😊

When me and my wife went in. We were greeted very warmly by a person named Michelle.. We got some great ideas on how we’re going to do our kitchen and bath, she showed us some great designs that we were not aware that we were able to do. Once we refinance, we are definitely returning to her, cause her attention to detail and her understanding our needs came above all else. We’re excited to go back to her when we upgrade our kitchen and bathroom. Thank you for the friendly warm welcome you have given us. It goes leaps and bounds above other places..

Fyi this place ranges from medium to high end quality. Not for those on a budget but if you have the money and want something forever. They will sell and install for you as well as electrical and plumbing. Knowledgeable employees and helpful though in the showroom. Some estimates were around 40k and 50k for a simple kitchen look in our case. Estimates were given without dimensions as we went in to get a general idea of what is out there.

A very unpleasant experience just by simply walking in to the building. Didn't feel welcomed at all. They need to learn a thing or two about customer service. Highly hostile environment.

No customer service, ATHE ALL. Qouted $100 fee just to bid the job. They keep the plans. Be very leary of this contrator.

Called today… I was quoted $200 to just come out and bid the job. I don’t think so.
