If you're looking for a professional, experienced, bonded, tree service this is the only company to choose. This is the fifth time I've used them to trim my huge California Pepper trees with plenty of delicate plants, ceramic pots underneath and limbs over my neighbor's yard with nothing damaged and a perfect clean up. Gil comes out to give you a written estimate his team are great talented arborist. It is a great feeling to know you can trust a team to do such huge treemendous job. Ace Tree Services did an excellent job removing three very tall Canary Island pines that were in a far corner of my back yard. They were very professional and delivered what they promised. I highly recommend Daniel and his hardworking crew.

Amazing Price, Amazing THOROUGH service. i got three estimates, one even from around the corner of my house & they were WAY cheaper. He has veteran cutters & generational workers with him. Danny won't do you wrong. Quick AND efficient.

We just had our palms trimmed again by Ace. Today's team was led by Carlos. The teams from Ace are incredible. They are very professional, neat, with excellent equipment, and safety precautions. They make sure to clean up thoroughly after they finish. There prices are probably 10% higher than some of the unlicensed tree trimmers who cruise the neighborhood, but certainly worth it.

Ace tree company just left my rental property. There is no way they shouldn’t be recommended for everything. They were on time, with 7 men, did exactly what they contracted for and the price was completely fair. I absolutely will use them in the future with our other properties. As an add-on: They cleaned up everything afterwards and I just recommended them to my insurance carrier.

Never called me back

Not sure if this business is still in service. I left 3 messages with them and have yet to hear back nor have I been able to connect with a person by phone.

They made an appointment with me to come and give me an estimate on trimming our tree. They never showed up, or bothered to call me. Called them up to inquire as to why they didn't show up and calls kept going to voicemail. Will look elsewhere for this service.

Even though the actual tree trimming was ok, they didn't finish the work on 2 trees that were near my neighbors and part of the quote they gave me and they would not call me back, even 3 weeks later, after I called them 4 times and was told that Gil would call me back, and even after I told them I didn't want to write a bad review and gave them one more chance. They also went into a neighbor's yard unannounced during the tree trimming to catch some branches and I had to deal with a very upset neighbor at my front door and then after they left, a loose branch that they didn't clean up fell into a neighbor's yard, nearly hitting someone that was working on their electricity. Quite a few branches fell into my own yard as well. I'm so disappointed. Ace has cut one of my trees before and always did a good job before, but I won't be using them again and wanted to warn others of their poor follow-up service. ... The owner responded below and there was no way to respond to him, so I decided to edit my review. I do not have a brother and they did not set up an appointment to meet with me at all, maybe it was a different client. I will not be contacting them anymore, because I tried unsuccessfully 4 times. The reply is not accurate to my case.

I had an appt for Gil to come out. At the end of the time frame he still wasn’t here so I called and they tell me he will be 30 mins late(I called, they didn’t call me.) 45 mins after that 30 mins he still didn’t arrive. Nobody called me to say he’d be later and he actually never even showed up. I called the company and left a message and no one has called me back. It’s unprofessional and rude.

*response to you Ace. if you were out, I still should have been called and told Gil would be super later and wouldn’t be showing up at all. That’s not how you run a business.
