Everson Perez remodeled a few areas of my house (bathroom, entry & bedroom) last summer. Throughout every step of the process, Everson & his entire crew were friendly, proactive and went the extra mile to make sure everything turned out as I hoped. I I can't recommend them highly enough, and will definitely use them again for future remodels.

We approached Everson and team for our full home remodel in SF. We had never renovated before so we knew we wanted a really experienced team who could guide us along the way. We were in great hands with Everson’s team at Perez Construction. They were with us every step of the way, and helped us problem solve tough permitting and structural issues in SF. Their workmanship was high quality and they worked with us on every detail, from tiles to trim. The project was on time. Cannot recommend them more!

Perez Construction was fantastic! We feel so fortunate that we found them as they were a perfect team for us. We've heard many horror stories from friends at Perez was the exact opposite of all of that - professional, high quality, good communication, dedicated - we highly recommend this team!

Before deciding on Perez Construction, I received quotes from several businesses. What initially sold me on Perez Construction was my initial conversations with Everson. In our early talks, he quickly demonstrated his degree of reliability, honesty, and knowledge.

He understood that this was our first home, and our first remodel. He provided guidance and expertise from beginning to end. In the early phase of discussing the projects and quote, he provided immersed details on the process. He even discussed things to look out for and to be wary of if we decide to go with another contractor; this echoed a prior reviewer's comments. After our face-to-face meeting, I was sold and, we hire Everson and his team.

His team was very efficient. Everson helped coordinate all the various projects and teams (electrical, solar panels, roof, sewer lateral, painting, flooring, and remodeling of various rooms). As issues/discoveries arose, Everson would discuss if it was necessary to address/fix them now or address/fix them later. I appreciated this greatly since he did not try to upsell and/or add on more projects unless it was absolutely critical to the completion of the overall project.

On a side note, when Everson says "He is a man of his word and will take care of you," this is 100% true. Once the projects were finished, we were overwhelmingly pleased with the finished product.

If you have several contractors to choose from, I recommend Perez Construction; you will not be disappointed.

If I could give 6 stars, I would! The most important qualities for me are clear and open communication, integrity, and of course high quality of work (including subs). Price matters a lot, but I am willing to pay for these things! And Perez gets full marks on all of them.

During our 9-month project, we got an update on progress almost every single day, even on those rare occasions when no one was on site. Their use of modern project management tools made it easy to see progress, ask questions, and record any changes. They responded to every one of my fussy, pedantic inquiries within hours, and were always willing to change things (even completed work) to do what was best for the final project. I never felt like was being nickel-and-dimed for small changes, or over-charged for any of the components.

And the results! We are so happy with the craftsmanship of this team, from the painstaking tile work to the custom sauna, and every minute detail in between.

When we were looking to remodel our bathroom, we had certain criteria that had to be met. We had read and heard about so many remodeling horror stories. It was important for us to find a local and professional construction team. We wanted our job to go smoothly and have quality work that was up to code, with no shortcuts or substitutions. We also wanted transparency; no secrets and everything up front and communicated. Once we found Perez Construction, we knew they were the one. When we inquired about their services, they were not taking on any new jobs at the time. We waited a year, and was it well worth the wait.

From the beginning, it was made very clear how we were the focus of the remodel. They only take on five jobs at a time, and this is a family business. We were made to feel part of their family. They worked with us every step of the way; from design, implementation, and finishing. We were given almost daily memos about the construction process. It was always about what we wanted, and our vision.

Every worker who worked on our project was professional and courteous. Our house was returned clean and orderly at the end of each day. They do quality work. There were a couple of things that were redone as they were not to their quality specifications. We really appreciated the attention to details.

In the end, we are very happy with the final design and project. It was what we envisioned. They took our ideas and made it a reality. We love going into our bathroom and can’t believe the transformation. We can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you Everson, Connor, and everyone else at Perez Construction.

I don’t usually write reviews but this one was truly earned. Updating our home was a dream we have had for years and years. But finding a good contractor in SF was so difficult, that we almost gave up. It was exhausting trying to find someone trustworthy and not overpriced. Enter Perez Construction! During the project we had clear communication, expectation setting, professionalism and superior craftsmanship. Everson would even start all of our meetings asking for feedback. Their team truly feels like a family, reacting promptly to every aspect of the project. They have a great network of quality designers, engineers and architects ready in case they are needed. When the project was all finished and they were almost out of the house, the recent storms cause water damage in parts of my home. Everson said to me: “we are not only committed to the project, we are committed to your family and we will help you get through this.” And they did! We recently moved back and we cannot be happier. They are truly exceptional contractors. Thank you for making our dream come true! Run don’t walk, if you are thinking of remodeling your home they are the best!

Perez Construction was the best option for our family's project. They were always willing to work, supportive with the City of SF permissions, and communicative with any suggestions they had. We loved working with Perez Construction! The quality of their work is excellent, and their communication and customer service are beyond anything we’ve experienced in trying to find a contractor to work with for our home. They were creative in finding solutions to fit our needs, professional and warm in our interactions, and went above and beyond to make sure we loved the final product. We purchased a duplex in San Francisco that was in desperate need of repair. We lived in one of the units that did not have any temperature controls, the windows leaked and the flooring was chipping away. We wanted to begin renovation on the other unit that was uninhabitable as soon as possible and needed a contractor.

Our architects referred us to Perez Construction. Perez's initial evaluation and cost estimates were thorough, and they were enthusiast to take on our project. Perez and team were extremely friendly, communicative and skilled to swiftly tackle the many challenges of our project in a timely manner. They were also very accommodating to our needs during constructions as we lived upstairs and kept us involved at every step. Additionally, they integrated different technologies into their workflow to facilitate project management, such as using BuilderTrend for daily logging, payment tracking, messaging, etc.

We are delighted with the overall results. Our newly renovated unit is exactly how we imagined it, and we moved in immediately once construction completed. We look forward to working with them in the future to renovate our other unit, and would recommend Perez Construction to anyone wishing to renovate their home.

I am a designer that has worked with a variety of contractors in SF over the last 10 plus years and can confidently say that Perez Construction is a breath of fresh air! They are always willing to go above and beyond to deliver the best quality product to their clients as well as the designers they partner with. Great design and construction is always a result of an efficient, collaborative and creative process and Perez delivers just that. Everson and his team did an amazing job on our house extension. Like all the other people who have great reviews, we are very happy clients. If you are looking for a general contractor look no further. We are very glad we chose Perez Construction. Great communication and quality work. Also, has a great personality, very patient, easy to talk to and explained everything that was happening so we knew what was going on. We have dealt with some really bad contractors and this was completely the opposite. We really recommend this team to anyone who needs work done on their home. Also, months after everything was complete, we had an issue with our gate because of the way it was manufactured and because of kids and he sent his team to repair it with no charge. Such great service! Due to a very busy schedule, I normally don't take the time to write reviews unless there was some extreme satisfaction or extreme disappointment. I am taking the time to write this review to support this business and to spread the word of how great they are. I still owe Everson some home made food as a thank you for a job well done!

I really enjoyed partnering with Perez Construction on a home remodel for a client. Their weekly owner, designer, contractor meetings were very organized and efficient. Perez Construction did a great job on our project, which involved replacing all the siding and windows on the three-story back wall of our house, which had a serious dry rot problem. Perez Construction gave us a detailed estimate, which was somewhat lower than another bid we had received, completed the job according to their schedule, and the quality of their work was excellent. There were some unforeseen complications which Perez Construction handled expertly and without additional cost. Perez provided daily scheduling and progress updates using the online BuilderTrend application. But first and foremost, Everson Perez and his crew are really nice and considerate people! They went the extra mile to ensure that we senior citizens were not overly disrupted or inconvenienced. They clearly take pride in their work. They were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Perez Construction.

We were introduced to Everson by a mutual friend, and we were immediately struck by his knowledge, humility, and warmth. From the beginning, Everson's responsiveness, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail stood out, and made him a great person to collaborate with. Before construction began, he provided critical insights into the impact of design decisions on construction timelines and overall budget, and his transparency and expertise helped us enter the construction phase well-prepared and set up for success.

We were introduced to Perez Construction by our realtor (who we also love!) and we are so glad to have gone with Perez Construction for our project. We had a very unfortunate accident in the house before we moved in, so we wanted to make changes to it to make sure it doesn't happen again. Also, we needed the hardwood floors redone and also new hardwood floors on all of the bedrooms. The team at Perez Construction were not only professional, but diligent and on time. They are not the cheapest but also not the most expensive, and for the result we got - it was worth every penny.

Connor, Everson, and the rest of the team are so professional, from having a first virtual call explaining the process, to using an online tool to give us daily updates, including pictures of the progress, to doing a final walkthrough of the property to ensure that we were satisfied with the results. They took our vision and made it a reality, and made suggestions along the way. This was a small project for them but there was no lack of professionalism and quality delivered.

We have additional projects that we are thinking of, and Perez Construction will be our first choice!
