Good prices and selection. They have most everything you need for plumbing and electrical. Communication sometimes is difficult depending on the sales person you get. Lost in translation! I find them to be very helpful.

I’m an electrical contractor and called simply to ask for availability of electrical parts. The person on the phone was extremely rude and started yelling at me because I couldn’t understand his accent. Then they hung up on me. I will never do business there again!

no customer service. Once they take your money, it is not there responsibility. They will tell you to call the manufacture! Sorry I can't help you

I needed an electrical part and called for availability. The man on the phone was so mean and inpatient. He kept repeating… which one, which one, which one! He wouldn’t even let me speak. I felt horrible and regretted ever calling!

I TRIED asking if they had box cutter blades, and they turned me towards SCRAP. I informed them, SCRAP didn’t have any matching blades and they still turned me away. I assumed they thought I was selling trying to sell them cardboard tubes from SCRAP. I restated I’m just buying box cutter blades and they started getting hostile towards me. This was my first time and last time coming here.
