Luis came to my mother-in-laws house originally to install a bathroom fan he did such a great job and was extremely professional we called him back to install some LED light fixtures along with some new plug boxes and relocated a few switches and plugs as well as an outdoor flood lights definitely give him a call for your electrical needs

Definitely would recommend Luis! He was timely and did a wonderful job to do electric work for my basement. He was reasonably priced and was super helpful explaining things.

We called San Fran Electric because we had a electrical emergency our power pole connecting to pg&e had broken and was leaning over pulling on our electrical wires. Luis the owner told me he would be there in 30 minutes. He arrived shortly after assessed the situation and informed me of my options. He secured the pole and made sure it was safe and returned at a later date to replace the pole and the supports he provided a fare price and was prompt

Luis was great. I called the day before for an estimate and he got in touch right away and came out the next day. He didn’t try to up sell and saved us so much money. We will definitely be back for any future electrical needs.

Luis is a master electrician and his team are true professionals. He helped me with a residential service upgrade and ADU meter addition with a slightly challenging layout design (mainly based on my own aesthetic concerns!). He knew exactly how to handle the city permit and PG&E process which is complex and requires a lot of coordination. Very highly recommended!

I had a great experience with San Fran Electric installing my EV charger. I initially wasn’t sure what type of charger we needed—I just knew our car was arriving within a week and we needed something set up quickly.

I just want everyone to know that you can count on Luis for professional service. I had an emergency with my living room outlets and I called Luis and he set up a same day appointment and was right on time. He even went to a tools and parts store to get a new breaker for me. I highly recommend usinh San Fran Electric for any service calls or panel upgrades. I called San Fran Electric cause my home insurance agency notified me that I needed a panel upgrade to keep my policy with them. Luis was very professional over the phone and came out the following day to look at my panel. He took his time to go over what I needed and helped me understand what his estimate all included. He started the following day and did an amazing job. Very knowledgeable Electrician and knows what he's doing. After he was done with my panel, I asked if he could troubleshoot my kitchen outlet since some were out. He was able to find the issue quickly and showed me that a few of my outlets were on a GFI circuit. Thank you Luis for all your honest inputs and hard work. Highly recommend using San Fran. Luis is a very straight forward guy.

San Fran Electric came highly recommended from my Aunt. My first appointment had a scheduling snafu and Luis was able to reschedule to the next day. In lieu of the walk through, we pivoted for virtual photos and a written explanation of what service I was looking for. He was able to let me know the expected cost and timeline for the new appointment. The day of, Agent Luis was responsive and communicated his arrival time. The walk thru was exactly as he explained and we completed the project the same day. He was super kind and took off his shoes (from the rain) to accommodate our Asian house no shoes rule. San Fran Electric was able to reassure me that my electrical issues were resolved and safe for my growing family.

Luis and his team installed an electric panel & a Tesla charging station at our home. He kept his word and finished the job promptly & efficiently. He was also considered of my business and kept the noise to a minimum & communicated any & all changes. It was refreshing to have someone so professional & knowledgeable working on our electric panel.

I was well pleased with his work! That says alot because I am not easy to please (lol). The sense of comfort you will feel knowing you have a true professional working on your behalf is unmatched. I highly recommend Luis and his team! You won't regret!

I recently hired San Fran Electric to update the lighting in my mom's house, and the entire experience was excellent. Communication was smooth and easy -- especially over text and the client scheduler, which made coordinating everything super convenient.

Luis and his team was on time, professional, and very respectful of my mom's home. The new lighting in the bathroom, living room, and bedroom looks fantastic and has completely brightened up the space. My mom especially appreciates the dimmers, which Luis recommended during the initial walkthrough. There was a minor miscommunication about the number of light fixtures needed, but it was handled quickly and didn't detract from the overall positive experience.
