As for the cleaning itself, they did a fantastic job! My kitchen and bathrooms look brand new, and they paid attention to the small details, like baseboards and hard-to-reach spots. I also noticed they didn’t miss any corners or areas I usually overlook. The cleaners were efficient but thorough, and it was clear they took pride in their work.

**Do NOT Hire This Company – Scam and Complete Waste of Money**

I had one of the worst experiences with this cleaning company and want to make sure no one else wastes their time or money. The original quote is absolutely meaningless—you will end up paying much more for an absolutely sub-standard job.

I was expecting a thorough deep clean, but after FIVE hours only two small bedrooms were partially cleaned. No mopping was done anywhere in the house; bathroom floors and tubs were ignored. The master bathroom mirror still had streaks, trash bags weren’t replaced in waste bins, and only random areas like baseboards or blinds were wiped in certain rooms. The family room and glass table were not even touched, and the kitchen counters were left dirty. It’s unclear what the cleaners even did besides wiping a few windows and baseboards. The worst part? They wore shoes through the house so nothing even felt fresh or clean—everything smelled stale when they left.

The cleaners who showed up had zero experience. They did not “clean”—they barely straightened a few things, and I will now have to spend hours deep cleaning the things that should’ve been handled in the first place.

This is a complete time scam. Don’t be fooled by their initial quote; you will not get what you paid for, and the customer service is just as disappointing. I kindly requested a full refund and to NOT be charged for this disastrous “service.” Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere—this company does NOT deliver even the bare minimum of what they promise.
