Will not look elsewhere again, 1st class service! that delivers exactly what they say. We have always tended to do the cleaning ourselves as In the past there Is always 1 or 2 things that have been missed by other companies however, this time spotless and done fast but efficient. I can say enough about this cleaning service. I have been looking for a cleaning lady who actually dusts, wipes down base boards, ceiling fans and window sills without me having to remind them. Finally a cleaning service that exceeds my expectations! I wish I could give them 6 stars!

Maid complete has really done a tremendous job with everything I have needed thus far. It's really hard trusting a company to do a quality job with my rental properties as I currently reside out of state. I had 2 move outs that left me badly needing a thorough service and they were right there to clean up. I am beyond appreciative!

Great service and I am using them again for regular cleaning of my girlfriend's condo. She doesn't have time for housework, so it was important for us to find a professional, friendly, and thorough cleaning company. It's been two days and the space still looks, feels and smells awesome!

We were on vacation recently and were in desperate need of a company to clean our rental for us. We can across Maid Complete and hired them right away! The cleaning they did in the rental was simply amazing! Their work was meticulous and we were truly satisfied with the service. Had Maid Complete do a deep clean of my apartment before I moved out. They did a super great job. Couldn't be happier with the quality of service from the whole team. I was really worried that my security deposit would not be refunded due to the condition of my apartment as I was leaving (you know how messy moving can be) so I wanted to do my best to make sure I cleaned up the place as much as possible. They did a great job, and I got my security deposit back in full.

I recently moved out of my apartment and did not have time to clean it before our inspection. I called Maid Complete in San Francisco and they were able to fit me in the very same day.
They brought all of the cleaning supplies and left my apartment spotless!
I plan on having them come clean my new house on regular basis.
I highly recommend them!

Horrible service they have a fake company website. The office is not real they work from home and lie about there manager Brandon or Doug being on the other line. Be careful for these guys

Paid extra for the 'move out' services and got terrible service. Owner was nice and credited me for work not performed but disappointed I had to spend several hours doing it myself given I scheduled weeks out

I had them set up to clean my 2 bedroom flat in SF, as I was moving out. I did all the cleaning that was included in a move-out price, i.e refrigerator , oven, inside cabinets, etc. I emailed them to advise what I did, and just wanted to have a basic cleaning. They responded that was not a problem.
When I came back the next day to check the cleaning, it appeared that nothing was cleaned at all: I took pictures of dirty floors, dirty rugs, and even dirt and urine on my toilet- disgusting.
They charged my cc $145, and then 2 days later, without any notice, they charged me an additional $25 for a "3 bedroom" charge.
I am having my attorney handle this for a refund of the monies, for a service that obviously , with photos to prove it, was not performed. If I could give them zero stars I would.
