Very trustworthy carpet service company. Ken and Raul are two wonderful people to work with. Our carpet got stretched and cleaned in a very satisfying way. We strongly recommend their service.

I was super happy with Sparkling Carpets they showed up on time they did good work and they brought the rugs back clean and not with too much time in between the price was really reasonable to. And the people were really nice to work with very responsive and responsible!

Sparkling Carpet cleaning showed up on time and did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets! The rugs look like new and all the pet odor has disappeared.

I needed two very dirty area rugs and a dirty stairwell rug cleaned. They were so stained and dirty, I thought there was no hope. Ken sent a team of three professionals out to my house, and they did an amazing job! The rugs and the stairway look better than new, all of the stains are gone, they look absolutely perfect! His team was friendly, professional, responsible, dedicated to getting the job done, and just a pleasure to have in my home for a couple hours. I offered them glasses of water, and they even washed the glasses. I couldn’t be happier! Amazing experience! Thank you, Ken and your team!

Rugs turned out very well, and looks much better! Sparkling Carpets was easy to get a quote, as well as schedule. The cleaners were professional, left no mess, and followed protocol with masks. Also wore booties to protect our new floors. Will use them again!!

I called to find out more info on cleaning cowhide rugs and Sparkling Carpets got back to me right away. They were so considerate and drove out to my house to take a look at the rug to give me a more accurate estimate/quote and picked the rug up to clean it. It was very reasonable to clean my pet stained cowhide/leather rug and the turn around time was 1 week - way better than the 10 days - 2 weeks I was quoted by a laundromat! They brought the rug back to me and it looks great! They even lubricated it for me to keep it in good condition because it was dry. These guys are very educated in the industry and were so helpful! I have used sparkling carpets twice in 2 years and have had a very satisfying experience each time. Carpet looks good as new. They are courteous,a prompt and professional. I was able to get next day service. Their professionals followed pandemic guidelines which I expected they would. I recommend sparkling carpets for anyone.

Raul did an AMAZING job. Our carpets were full of cat hair and causing horrible allergies. Raul asked all the right questions and made me feel confident that he cared about customizing the job to my needs. Not only that, he called the next day to check in and make sure everything was as expected. Couldn’t recommended this service more!

I’m a returning customer of Sparkling Carpets. They did a great job with my white shag rug in August 2022 and an even better job the second time around which was a year later. They’re the reason I haven’t discarded the white rug because my puppy messed it up really bad. He would sometimes pee on it, and I would clean and clean which was frustrating. I can’t thank Sparkling Carpets enough for bringing my rug back to life. Enzo is grown now and no longer messes up the rug so we can both enjoy it. The rug is pristine and back to its original white color, all pet stains/odor is gone, and it smells really nice. I’ll definitely be keeping it for a long time, all thanks to Sparkling Carpets!

I'd been meaning to have the carpet in my stairs cleaned for a couple years. Was so glad to have been referred to Sparkling Carpets. I was able to schedule quickly, they arrived promptly, did a great job, and were reasonably priced. They also cleaned cushions on a couch I'd all but given up on and it looks great too.

I requested a quote on their website and they responded within minutes. The price was very affordable and fair. I had some delicate fabrics (pure wool rug, linen sofa, and chenille ottoman) and they turned out perfectly. Sparkling Carpets performs a multistep, very deep cleaning and their products smell fresh. The cleaning team was focused and efficient, but very conscientious and thorough. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

After researching a number of different carpet cleaning services, I hired Sparkling Carpet Cleaning because of their flexibility, same-day availability, and reasonable rates.

The two men who were sent to the job were very personable and easy to work with. The main serviceman, Gus, was very customer satisfaction driven and did the majority of the work.
In short, he did a great job cleaning my very stained carpets. I am very pleased with the work as it is much better than I expected! I will hire this company again in the future!

These guys are top-notch. I appreciated the excellent communication regarding arrival. No “window” of time to wait for. Raul was thoroughly professional and efficient. Our 4 year old carpets are sparkling again.

They were responsive and nice. Scheduling and estimating where fast and easy. They were on time. My carpets (just moved) were disgusting! They are perfectly clean now. I also had less to clean than anticipated, and I paid only for services rendered. They are knowledgeable. They didn't clean a hand woven rug that would have run with cleaning. I give them an A+!
