We had a problem with our furnace. I called Apollo Heating and spoke to Manny who provided excellent service and gave me an appointment for the next day. Chris the technician showed up on time, was very knowledgeable in figuring out that the problem was with the thermostat. Chris provided a few options for the new thermostat, with a fair price. He had the new part in his truck and replaced it right away, and tested it. He gave us excellent service.

I am impressed and appreciate their resourcefulness and promptness in obtaining the filters for me.

My furnace went out in the middle of a cold night. I called Apollo in the morning and spoke with Manny about the problem, he honestly told me that they were totally booked for a week and a half. He suggested that I call PG&E for they might come sooner. I called, but they gave me a schedule 3 weeks out. I called Manny back and I told them that PG&E can't come for 3 weeks, and I have little kids at home. He told me that a technician will be down in 20 minutes, and I was so relieved. Chris came down, diagnosed the problem (failing switch), and fixed the problem while I waited. Honest people, reasonable price, and great customer service 👍🏼 Totally recommended!

They resolved my issues after speaking with 3 other companies, far superior than the competition on Yelp, highly knowledgably, no sales pitch.

Thank you Christ for his work today. He found a lot of water in my furnace, it looked weird and dangerous. He gave me the estimate to change the new one. However, he tried to pull it out, change the filter, remove the dust on the tan, and then it worked. He saved me a thousand dollars by not installing the new ones!
