Él fue muy diligente en encontrar el problema y lo pudo solucionar lo que más me gustó fue la rapidez, pero también el hecho de que no trató de vendernos nada que no necesitábamos, simplemente ajustó el sistema de calefacción, y todo ahora funciona al 100%. As a new landlord of a circa1904 Victorian, I was a bit nervous calling in an HVAC company. I know this industry can take advantage of homeowners who are still learning the ropes, so I did my homework before reaching out to Galaxy HVAC.

I'm glad I did, because Zach and the team made the entire experience seamless. My upstairs tenants were dealing with uneven heat distribution, which is par for the course with a home this old, but Zach took the time to walk me through exactly what was going on and what the options were. No upselling, no jargon designed to confuse. Just a straightforward, professional explanation and a very fair price for the work.

From scheduling to completion, the service was excellent. This is exactly the kind of company you want in your corner when you own older property. Galaxy has earned a permanent spot on my speed dial for any HVAC needs going forward.

Highly recommended, especially for fellow landlords who value transparency and honest work.

Hate to admit, I'm not the brightest when it comes to "fixing" things...Thank God I called Galaxy and they sent Aaron out to save the day! What a personal and insightful experience...was an absolute gentleman as he explained what was wrong with my washer and how he was going to fix it. Will be calling him in the future for anything "manly" lol

I am glad that I found Galaxy appliance repair. They are very professional. I had an issue with my fridge. John came and fixed it. Now it is hard to imagine life without a fridge. I would definitely recommend Galaxy applaince

Great service, I called Swift in the morning and got the job done in the afternoon. Tech quickly found the issue, quoted me very reasonable price and since he had parts handy, I agreed to fix. Good job, will call them again

My Dacor dual fuel range gave up and I feared would not revive. I contacted Galaxy and they helped me through a number of challenges — getting replacement parts no longer made or available, diagnosing issues, several visits. They solved it! And I had come to believe it was fatal and would require $8000 for a new one.
Thank you Robert for not giving up, for your patience, and your professionalism at every step. I highly recommend them!

Robert has been out to repair our dishwasher multiple times (different issues). Every time he's super helpful, teaches me about what went wrong & how I can check for it in future, and just generally does a great job.

We're double lucky that Galaxy, and Robert, have been great at responding to messages about scheduling a service call and been able to make it out in 1-2 despite the pandemic.

Definitely recommend this company.

Galaxy Appliance was great! My refrigerator broke and needed total overhaul, new compressor, etc., under warranty through LG. Other repair shops were impossible to deal with, and couldn't be bothered. Galaxy was willing to come the same day. The serviceperson came on time, finished the work, cleaned up, and was very efficient and I use them again. I recommend them very highly.

Super fast reply to my request to fix my front-loading washer that wasn't draining. Came by right away and quickly diagnosed that the pump was bad (and that it couldn't be cleaned, which I'd read about online, but needed to be replaced). Ordered the part, then quickly installed it when it arrived.

John was excellent - friendly, professional, neat and clean. Highly recommended, and will use again!
