Reliable Appliance Services Inc. is unreliable, the antithesis of their name. The service man who came out to service our Samsung refrigerator was brisk and bordering on rude. He left our kitchen floor with water that came out of the fridge. He said it would take 3 to 5 days for the parts to come in. It took one month and four no-shows with appointments with no parts. We canceled the work order and asked for our money back, the $300 deposit. After several calls to management I received only $200. They said that they had to charge for the service call of $100. The repair man did nothing.Be careful if you choose this company. They are UNRELIABLE and unprofessional.
